I ordered a cheeseburger and the meat was pink inside, even though I asked for it to be well done. I drove back to Tops, spoke with the manager, and they remade it, but when I got home, the burger was still undercooked. Very disappointing. Please check your food before you leave, as it seems they’re not cooking burgers to a safe temperature.

Good bbq from a local chain, that is amazingly consistent from location to location. Top’s has their own unique sauce unlike any others. Great taste and comes in 3 varieties. A lot of people rave on the cheeseburgers and 3 of my companions ordered the cheeseburgers. Don’t forget the deep fried apple pie and don’t burn your tongue on it either. Enjoy.

Went through the drive through around 6-7 PM on 12/13/2025. The lady bringing the order to the car was extremely rude. Had to bring my sandwich back and she had an attitude, and rolled her eyes when i told her i didn’t get what i paid for. I’m (assuming) that this was the manager on duty considering that the lady at the window turned to her for answers when i told her i was bringing my food back because i got the wrong size sandwich and my brisket was burnt. 0/10 customer service- except from the young lady actually working the window.

I truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the place was so clean. I watch how the employees got customers in and out. The food was delicious, everything on point. I had the pull pork sandwich, bbq beans, potato salad, and finish it with their delicious banana pudding. I was severed by the GM Tasha and she was very friendly and accommodating. Tasha was pleasant with every customer that came through the door. I will be coming back and next time bring the kids. Loved the experience!

I’ve consistently ate at this Tops since they opened. THEY ALWAYS UPCHARGE YOUR MEAL WITHOUT ASKING. It never fails. They’re essentially stealing from their customers. Yea, it’s only .75 cents but you multiply that by the hundreds of orders they get daily and they’re turning a profit without asking the people that they are collecting money from. The burgers are good, the fries are mid, but the brisket sandwiches be on point. But these are practices I’m sure their managers are aware of.

I normally love Tops. I’ve been here multiple times! It’s always been great. Great food and great service. Today I had an online order. When I arrive the manager or lead came to the window and was very rude. She just aggressively said, “pull up”. So I did. My food was ready pretty quickly. It was all cold. Burger and fries were both cold. I love their burgers!! Not this time. Poor customer service and cold food. Not a good combination. I won’t be going back to this location. I’ll go to the one on Poplar near my work.

We purchased the Fire Braised chicken and a jumbo pork white. The chicken wasn’t what I expected but descent. The jumbo pork is always pleasing. The breakfast sandwiches are a great addition to the menu. You must try the breakfast sandwiches. The BBQ bologna is awesome.

Cashier was nice but food was horrible. Fries were overcooked with grease bits, sandwich was cold, asked for Hot sauce and received mild. Asked for unsweetened tea and received sweet tea. Wasted my entire lunch period and money. Just Nasty. Hire people who will actually take the time to read and properly prepare food for your customers. How could any cook look at that and serve it to someone. Had to throw it all away. Totally unacceptable.

Josh the GM personally prepared my food himself. He refilled my drink and followed up with me every 6 min to ensure my food was Exceptional. Store was very clean and staff very professional. He earns 5 star rating

I’ve been here before and had a excellent experience but on this trip we came in and stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone asked if ready to order. When we were placing our order they said they were changing the oil in the fryer and it would be 10 or 15 minutes before we could get fries. (5:30pm, dinner time) We said ok, just don’t cook our burgers until the fries are ready. When our food was brought out, the meat was cold and the fries were hot. By this time, the place was packed with everyone waiting on fries…total chaos! Why do routine maintenance during the rush hour? Obviously there no experienced management on staff. Hope it gets resolved because we’ve always liked Tops.
