Pizza is good but really disappointed in management. We have been regulars for a long time – on our last order check out took a long time because a brand new staff member was left on their own, the pizza was cold, and we were given a two mediums instead of a medium and a large which we paid for. I emailed the company directly the same night rather than write a negative review, mistakes happen and this could have easily been rectified. Head office responded right away saying they had forwarded my email and contact info to the store, unfortunately 10 days later I still have heard nothing. Had someone reached out to rectify the situation we would still be regulars, unfortunately we will now be ordering from somewhere else.

I recently visited Tooper’s Pizza in Burlington and I have to say, this place has become one of my go-to pizza places! Firstly, I was delighted to find out that they serve pizza with halal chicken topping, which is a huge plus for me.

Been coming here forever food is good but service is always terrible. Came in 20 minutes after I placed my order and one of the two men working hadn’t even started the order. Even though they told me it would be ready for that time. When I start asking questions as to why it’s taking so long and hasn’t been started he began getting frustrated with me as if it was my fault. Ultimately his excuse was that the guy was working on mine and another order and that’s why it’s not ready?

Me and my family Tried Mediterranean pizza, Thai sensation, bbq chicken and cheese…all were so good and yummy…my family I enjoyed all of the flavours, cheese stick and dill stick is also worth trying …their own sause is amazing….had a great time..will definitely go back again..

I went to toppers today at the Burlington Brant location to try their $4.95 special that included a slice of pizza and a pop. I just find it funny that they have a special for $4.95 and i was charged $7.01. When i asked the employee why it was $7.01 when the special was $4.95 she told me it’s because of taxes. I understand tax but an extra $2+ …. That’s like 40% tax…. The math is not mathing.

We ordered a Pizza for my girlfriends birthday last night, and asked for a half pepperoni half cheese pizza, for our vegetarian friends. When the pizza finally came, it was full Pepperoni! We called the restaurant as soon as we saw the mistake, and we spoke to head office, and they noticed on our (mine and my girlfriends) end the pizza was correct, but due to a system error in their App and Online Ordering system they messed up the pizza. She told the restaurant to send a large cheese pizza to make up for the mistake. Not even 10 minutes later, the Owner of the restaurant called us back saying that he made it correctly based on the receipt he received on his side and that refused to make the pizza. Totally rude and argumentative!
We called head office again, and the representative who we spoke to earlier, called the restaurant again to tell them to do their job. He still refused to make the pizza they messed up, and wouldn’t refund us either for their mistake. We had to order a replacement from a different restaurant at our own expense. This lack of customer service needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY! I’d start with a change of management! Completely unacceptable!!!
