Great pizza and salad spot! The quality is always consistent, and the staff is super friendly. The salad bar is fresh and well-stocked every time. Their in-house delivery is impressively fast! Our favorites are the veggie and cheese pizzas, and I always request a double cut for the kids—it’s perfect for them.

The guy who took our lunch order was so friendly! Our pizza was as delicious as I remember, and a great size. My friend also enjoyed her salad from the salad bar. The price is good and they bring the food to you.

Another work trip. Staying at a hotel within walking distance and I didn’t want to drive anywhere. I ordered a small Toppers combination and an order of Jalepeno Poppers. I had a salad at lunch so I skipped the salad bar. The poppers were really really good. Especially since they weren’t fried!! The pizza was pretty good, thin crust so you don’t fill up on bread. Toppings were plentiful. Personal opinion here, I thought the sauce was lacking some flavor. All in all a great meal.

Food here used to be great today my order fell very short on quality and does not accurately represent what toppers use to be and is no longer at the level of other locations. Half my pizza was very dark/burnt meatballs and meats were very black on over cooked on one half of my pizza and the other half they sent plain chicken instead of the chicken chicken in bbq sauce that I ordered. When I called the manager at the Time (Simi location around 3:40 pm on Wednesday Feb. 11 2026 a female) answered was rude did not care to apologize she just kept demanding that I return the pie even though I had mentioned over and over I’d be returning it because I did not want it for some reason she felt the need to keep demanding it.She did not offer to expedite my new order just lacked any and all customer service skills. Over all the quality at this location has dropped drastically and the service was just horrible. They do have the potential to do better I know this because I told them there was no need to redo the first half of the pizza even though it was burn it was still edible. I did however return the second half and had them resend it fixing the bbq issue because this half was for the kids and they had to have it. When the new pizza arrived it was back to the quality and presentation I expect from toppers. But the service really needs help.
