Fantastic macaroni and cheese pizza! We actually haven’t had a bad pizza from Toppers. Delivery or pick-up, they have Fantastic pizza’s. The crust is chewy but flavorful and the toppings are high quality the pizza’s are a little more one the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

When my husband and I moved here last year we fell in love with Toppers. Sadly tonight’s order for take out was horrible. I called for the pizza just before 6 and my husband was there to pick it up 15 minutes later. Him and several other patrons were waiting for their orders. Not only were they understaffed(not the employees fault) but the service was lackluster to say the least. They told my husband to take the pizza for free after waiting an hour.
This is the pizza we got:
-undercooked
-hair in pizza
-wings not what we ordered
Sadly I think we will have to find another pizza place. We love their menu and the pizzas were yummy in the past, but it seems that isn’t the case anymore. Hopefully this was just a fluke and the service and food improves.

I went to pick up my online order around 1 am and I expected okay food and that’s what I received. Since it’s one of the only places open that isn’t a bar or Taco Bell after midnight on the weekend I didn’t expect much. I’d say it’s on par with other pizza chains. I did have to wait after placing my order and they did forget my sauce cup but the guy at the counter was nice enough. It was an okay experience all around. If other places were open at the time I was looking for food I would choose somewhere else but late at night, it is what it is. The cinnamon sticks were good but the pizza was okay.

Ordered toppers for a long time. I loved the place until today. I ordered 2 Large Pizzas and obviously one of them is not even a medium. Went back inside to ask them if the mac n cheese was a large and they bravely lied to my face and said “yes”. Disappointing and Betrayed.

Ordered through Uber eats. Ordered a buffalo chicken mac n cheese pizza with buffalo and ranch drizzle. Received an UNCUT, cold, dry disgusting Buffalo chicken (no mac n cheese) pizza without extra drizzle toppings, had to cut it into slices myself (I will say I’ve had the buffalo chicken before and it’s been good, but not this one). I Called them directly and they tried to make it right and re made my order. pizza remake took an hour and a half and was cold by the time it showed up (partially could have been because of whoever they had run the re make as it was not through Uber eats). Pizza remake was under cooked and doughy, not at all what I’ve had before. In reference this is one of my favorite guilty pleasure pizzas, on a good day it’s so good. This is the 3rd issue like this I’ve had with ordering and quality (I have ordered both through phone and over several apps) and I usually just suck it up and eat the mess up without trying to get a remake because honestly it’s the smallest issue I have, but 3 times with messed up orders deserves an honest review.

Where do I begin?
1. Stood inside waiting to be helped for 5 minutes before anyone even asked if I could be helped.
2. I ordered a medium and had to wait 15 minutes to get the pizza which ended up being a small.
3. I had to wait 20 more minutes before I got the correct size pizza only AFTER they asked me to pay the difference which I then stated I paid the correct amount.
4. Got the pizza and home went to eat it and the pizza is RAW! The crust isn’t even cooked.
Absolutely terrible service and terrible pizza. I am so so disappointed with this experience.

Nobody was in the place. Fairly dirty, needs maintenance. It took 35 min for the order of 4 1/2 pound orders. Then didn’t get the rach sauce we ordered. Only one or two people working on a sat dinner time. They seemed confused.

If you are looking for a great pizza place that will ensure your order is made on time or correctly…look for a different pizza place. If you are looking for a pizza place that will deliver find a different pizza place. They will receive your delivery order but have no diver to delivery. Will they call to tell you that after placing and pay for the order, no you will have to call them after 30 minutes of waiting past estimated delivery time. This is not the first time we have got toppers but will likely be the last. We have had orders not what we asked for. We have had orders run into 45-1 hour due to understaffing, and now the no delivery driver but ordered and paid for a delivery order. We ordered multiple large pizzas and the pizzas are half crust. Not just on one but both. We have gone back here because we are close by and the pizzas were good but now the pizzas are mostly crust. Don’t see much reason to go back at this point and deal with the other litany of issues that seem to plague this establishment.

I waited a little longer then the promise time, but it was fresh and looked, smelled, and tasted fantastic. The music was an interesting choice… but the staff made some great pizza for my kiddo and I. Thank you!
