Ordered a pizza at 3:34pm and it finally arrived at 6:04pm. I had to call the store and get connected with a manager to even get the order. The manager was laid back, disinterested, and said a driver was coming for the order– I called at 5:30, two hours after ordering, and maybe that was my bad. I was trying to be patient.

The pizza and breadsticks arrived cold, hardened by the heat lamps. My mom said I should’ve asked for fresh, but honestly, after two hours, I just wanted to be done with it. The breadsticks are greasy as well.

I ordered through the Toppers website, which might have been where I went wrong. I am just gagged that I paid $60 (tip included in that price) for cold pizza two and a half hours after I ordered it.

Manager could’ve at least thrown in something for free or APOLOGIZED for such a high wait time.

The one time I decide to treat my family. I’ve ordered from Toppers in the past around midnight-1am and have never had such a problem.

Worst pizza ever. My first pizza experience after flying into Omaha today. I was tired, my toddler was tired, both of us were hungry, and without transportation. It was late and I had few options for pizza delivery, especially for pizza places that offered a gluten free crust. So I decided to give Toppers a shot (they were rated higher on the food delivery app, not sure why). If I wasn’t starving I wouldn’t have eaten any of it. What is their gluten free crust made from? A tortilla? It’s the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen. And it was hard. Like eating cardboard. If you’re not going to source a decent gluten free pizza crust, why even bother offering one? Just take it off the menu if you’re going to put zero effort into it. This is the best you can do? I can get much a better gluten free pizza from the Costco freezer aisle. Shoot, I’d rather have a Totino’s pizza than a Toppers pizza, if I could eat gluten.

The pizza also had very little sauce, and the sauce was a little tangy, not a lot of depth of flavor. 100% unsatisfying. It would be been more satisfying to light 28 dollar bills on fire. If I could give zero stars I would.

‍♂️ ‍♀️ Look at the garlic knots swimming in oil / butter, thats crazy, they were inedible and sqeezed juice like a sponge
The cheese burnt on top of the pizza so bad it had no taste and pulled off like a scab and no garlic sauce in the box, even after specifically asking and being assured it was in there, nope, i cant believe ppl eat here or return for this ‍♂️

Bought a pizza a day before this one, and the pizza looked like shit, didn’t look good looked dry and gross(could’ve been because I ordered a hour before close) forward to today got my pizza remade the staff was friendly but they didn’t have hair nets and I found a hair in my kids pizza. Never coming to the company again. Never had anything good to say. Rather would eat taco bell if its gonna make me feel like shit and give me the shits

Came to town for a concert and needed some food afterwards. And man. I never thought. We would find this. The garlic Knots were the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The pizza was good but I kept coming back for the garlic knots. Only one left we got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese pizza. 100/10

Just got my pizza second time since under new ownership, not following the rules clearly. They must have prepped for a rush they didn’t get. It’s so dry it actually burnt in the oven looks like the tried to run over it a couple times to save it. No hot honey on the stinger, forgot one of my sauces. It’s really sad to see this turn.

The chicken buffalo macaroni and Cheese pizza is outstanding! Probably the best variation of a mac and cheese pizza I’ve ever tasted.

The tator tot pizza is really good too. Loved the garlic cheesy breadsticks and can’t wait to try more of the options!

I’ve had one of the worst pizzas ever here but I’ve also had the best pizza in my life. Just got two large pizzas. One was pepperoni thick, diced pepperoni and jalapeno with an alfredo sauce and the other pizza was thick cut pepperoni with bacon and Italian beef with the garlic parmesan sauce. I honestly don’t think pizza could get any better than what I just had. It blew my mind and I appreciated every bite until it was gone. I ate too much pizza and could probably explode but would die satisfied and happy. Shout out to whoever made those pizzas. Thank you and I look forward to ordering again in the future.

I saw a few reviews talking about how the ingredients don’t go towards the edge of the crust, but that was a bonus for me because they 100% put a butter garlic drizzle on the crust. I’m a crust lover and that was some of the best pizza crust I’ve had in my life. Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had in the 30 years. I’ve been alive. I’m going to be thinking about this pizza for a long time.

Edit: 2/15/2025 Unfortunately, this place has struggled to meet my expectations the past 6 months. The quality and taste has declined. I look forward to a future where toppers makes a come back, I miss driving across town at 1:00 a.m. to pick up some of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Until they improve, it’s not worth the trip.

I ordered on a Saturday night. I sat in the parking lot and waited about 30 minutes. I called them to hear they couldn’t even find the order despite giving us an estimated time done and the app said they were making it. It took them about 5-10 minutes to find our order. They finally made our order which took about 20 more minutes. Even though it was curbside, I had to go inside to grab it through a thunderstorm. Not to mention we just got home and only half our pizza had Mac and cheese on it. Never again. Tried to call and speak to someone for a refund. They hung up immediately. I didn’t even get to finish the sentence. I got hung up a second time. Once we took a few bites, we realized the dough was completely raw. Pictures underneath. They eventually gave a full refund.

The pizza used to be good here but you’re better off at the gas station or making one from Walmart. The pizzas this place serves nowadays is a disgrace to what it once was. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that actually cares about serving something quality, even if it costs a dollar more it’s worth it with how subpar, disappointing and disgustingly greasy this place is. Make sure you don’t work the next day
