Called in an order. The rep was polite and friendly; verified my order. My order was ready as promised. “Mike” and “Adam” were super helpful, friendly and fast! They offered plates, napkins and seasoning packets. Great experience! And I love the cheese sticks!

Whether we order pickup, delivery or we decide to sit there and eat. The downtown location in Appleton is absolutely the best and I would order from this location and drive to pick it up even if I lived in Oshkosh. The quality of the food and the service no matter what we decide to do is always PHENOMENAL. Wish I could tip the whole team when I order online.

By far my favorite delivery pizza chain. Hots are hot, cold are cold, and delivery is about 20% on time and 80% early. Super friendly drivers even for late night deliveries (think 1am) and late night gaming/social/study always goes better with Toppers.

My mom ordered herself a pizza from this location..she’s been in the hospital for 3 weeks over at St E’s. Had me over the phone and a nurse both helping her. Delivery driver took the order back to the restaurant despite being given clear instructions by the nurse. An hour and 30 minutes later (when the place is 5 minutes away), Mom gets a cold, burnt pizza, and didn’t even get the desert she ordered. No one ever even tried to call the desk of her floor, which was cleeeearly stated during the order!…twice..’s only 4 of em!
Don’t accept deliveries from those in the hospital if this is how you intend to serve them ♂️. Would have picked one up for her myself (and not from Toppers..been there done that a few times over with nothing to write home about) but..currently unable!
Thanks for making her already terrible night worse.
Edit: Driver dropped her desert off a while after the fact, still had it in his car…lol, the least they could’ve done – give her what she paid for! No apology given, no nothing..just “here ya go!”. Horrid customer service and I pray this delivery driver is never well-tipped again at any point during his tenure of pizza delivery .

I am a Pizza Hut girl. My husband has asked me to order Toppers with him for a really long time. I finally caved, even though their prices are a little more expensive and their deals are not as good as Pizza Hut. We ordered a grilled chicken & banana pepper pizza, a sausage & pepperoni pizza, and upgraded our bacon topperstix to triple with 3 sauces.
Our food was delivered (contactless) promptly and when we opened it we didn’t have any sauces.
I immediately called the store and asked about our sauces. The gentleman that answered the phone asked for my name and confirmed my order. He said the driver would be right back out with my sauces. We began to enjoy our dinner and each had a couple slices of pizza. A half hour went by and still no delivery driver. I called the store back and another gentleman answered and said it was already delivered. We checked the door and there wasn’t anything there. Then he changed his story and said our order said no sauces, which is not true. Then he got an attitude with me when I asked “Can I please have some sauce?” And he said they would send him out right away. They WERE delivered almost immediately. I am not pleased with my first experience ordering from Toppers.

Pizza was cold. The time It stated it would be done and time I arrived had been 20 mins. I got there and it was already under warmer but when we took a slice out approximately 5 mins later it was cold and wings did not taste like usual. I left a tip even though I picked it up. I mean the employees get wages already correct? I don’t know why I’m asked if I would like to leave a tip when I walk in there to get the pizza if it’s carry out and I have used my time and gas to get it if they are getting above minimum wage as it is.

I came from out of out of town for my mom’s funeral. My sister and I wanted to try your pizza . When we ate the first slice it was so delicious . They made it the way we like it. The price was reasonable and the time it took to make it was perfect. It did not take to long.

They canceled my order because it was “too close to closing time.” I work in the food service industry too, and I get that it’s annoying to get orders that late and I try to tip well to compensate, but if I canceled an order at my job, I’d get chewed out, if not fired. Standard policy is to make all orders that come through during hours of operation. Very disappointed.
