Ordered Stix today and was highly disappointed! Took several minutes to even be acknowledged by someone- the man that checked out my order was not friendly. I opened the box and the sauce cups were not only incorrect but broken open. Instead of getting back into line and waiting I left- not going to even waste my time. Then one of the worker brought a order out with their apron on. So unsanitary. Will not be going back.

I was highly disappointed when i ordered from toppers tonight. i don’t usually order from here but wanted to try something different. first i want to start when i got my food the man did not great me in any way and did not communicate in anyway which i found rude. second when i get my food i ordered cinnamon sticks and wings. i open my wings and i got smokey bbq wings and they looked like i ordered plain. there was barely any sauce on the wings and then i go to open my cinnamon sticks and half of them are missing. with not be ordering again.

They neglected to notice that I was supposed to be curbside pick up. But the food was great, Walking Taco Pizza is my new favorite, and the mood was very jovial for 2:30 on a Saturday morning. Definitely recommend when options become limited…

not only was my pizza 20 minutes later than the LATEST expected time with no explanation, but it had maybe 10 sausages max FOR A ONE TOPPING PIZZA. it was the most disappointing experience i’ve had anywhere, the pizza sucked and nobody ever responded to the complaint i submitted. at this point i won’t be coming back because they have made no attempt to fix their mistake.

Staff is friendly even when the college students flood this place around 1 am or later on bar nights. I would highly recommend ordering well in advance during that time frame. This place is known for topperstix but they also have wings too (try the boom boom sauce)!

I called in my order to a customer service line and they couldn’t take my order. was transferred to my local store finally and was able to make my order, but the price was $10.00 more than what my online order would have been without driver’s tip.

Ordered stix today. Was given a box that was falling apart. Sauces were broken open. One of the workers was walking around outside doing curbside orders in an apron. Totally unsanitary. Working in a food industry myself, Several health code violations have been violated here.
