We ordered pizza,wings,and sticks online. My husband went in to get the food, 2 employees were standing by a table talking to the guy at the counter. About 5 to 10 minutes go by when they realized he was standing there waiting for his pick up. Once they took his name to grab his order someone, must have been a manager, was asking the guy getting our food a question which then took up more time for my husband to stand around and wait for them to be done talking. When we got home our chicken pizza looker more like onion pizza, our wings were definitely the last of the crumbs from a bag. The only good thing was the sticks.

My daughter ordered a pizza on the Toppers app while we were driving home from up North, and it was ready when we arrived. All I had to do was go in and pay because it was my charge card instead of hers. We came from a party where there was no vegan pizza for her. Toppers offers a special plant based cheese which melts nicely. She also loves their roasted tomatoes as a topping. She ate the entire medium pizza by herself, so it must have been good. The place is super easy to find from the freeway. It’s in a strip mall next door to a Panera. The staff was friendly and more than helpful. It made for a quick pit stop to fill the pit of her crazy vegan stomach.

Meh. This place needs help. Pizza is somewhat OK. Most times it’s greasy though. they have a tendency to use the online app the wrong way. Telling me that the pizza is done when it isn’t. Workers with really long hair will wear a hat, but don’t tie the hair back or put it under the hat.

These guys are the best, best location I’ve been to and I used to live in Tooper’s world headquarters, Whitewater, WI. They always go above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs and super make up for even the smallest mistakes, which are rare! Thanks guys, I’ll be back!

After placing an order online, they called and said they didn’t have a driver so I drove in. Walked into the store and the manager completely ignored me, when the woman finally went to grab my order off the rack to hand it to me, he called her to help him with another order instead. I asked if i could just get my pizza quick so it doesnt get cold, he said “its on a warming rack” to which i replied but it will dry out. Manager should be demoted at the least. Got home and saw these sad wings. I cannot say I will ever willingly go here again. Pizza wasn’t bad.

Ordered delivery, was the only place open. We get the delivery didn’t open it until we were in our kitchen. We had ordered a triple baconstix, when we noticed it wasn’t a triple we called right away, first we spoke to the call center who when I counted the stixs for them transferred me directly to a manager of the location. When I tried to explain the order was short, they said that it’s just the way it’s cut. I said no, a triple would fill the box. They said no, it’s just the way it’s cut, that’s why there isn’t as many. My boyfriend, whose dinner it was got on the phone and asked if we were able to send a picture, they said they didn’t have the capability. He said ok, we will be right down to show you. At this point with not being heard on the call, we just wanted to get the money back.
We got down there, the young man in the kitchen apologized and explained it was his 3rd day. And we said that’s okay, accidents happen. He was willing to remake it, we said no thank you, we just wanted to speak to the manager. He brought the manager up front and my boyfriend asked if he was the one we spoke with on the phone, he said no, my boyfriend asked if he dialed the number who would he get? He’d like to speak to that person. The manager said do you want my help or not? I explained that we were supposed to be transferred to a manager from the phone, that person was very rude, we tried to explain the order wasn’t correct and we were told it was just the way its cut. Clearly, it’s not, it doesn’t even fill a good portion of the triplestix box. He apologized, said the guy in the kitchen used the wrong pattern, we said, accidents happen but that could fit one of those small boxes if you bring it to compare. So when we explained it didnt fill the triplestix box, its not the way it was cut. He said it must have been the driver we spoke with not wanting to lose out on the tip. As managers in customer service ourselves, we were really not impressed with his responses. Don’t blame the others, just apologize and help find a solution.
End result: The manager refunded the order, asked if we wanted it. We said no thank you, give it to the guy in the kitchen. The young man in the kitchen was very sweet and had tried to rectify the situation promptly.

Ordered online for pickup and showed up early. Unlike most pizza shops I’ve been to they were just chilling and making the atmosphere much better. Service was great, food was great would go again.
