Frequent missing items and staff that is too lazy to check when asked to confirm the entire order is there.
We have reached out to management/corporate multiple times due to missing items at this location and have never received any communication in return.
Good food, but awful service and management that seems to think that’s okay. Plenty of other pizza places around town that will give you both good food and service.

I always love toppers depending on the restaurant. This one the space is small, but the food was wonderful. I am giving a 4 star cause they lost our order and mixed it in another order as we waited in the lobby. lol But will come back again for another chance.

We had it delivered. Had light on above house numbers, but the driver’s GPS was taking them back and forth. I stood outside and flagged them down. When ordering the guy said my parents address did not exist. They lived there for 60 some years. Finely he figured it out. Kept telling me I had the wrong zip code.

Update. This place has been great lately. Super delicious.. i prefer the 2 for 22 deal. I’d give it a 5 star but we had a bad experience a while ago that went unresolved. Although it may have been an isolated incident it still had an impact on our experience from this location. The long story short the driver told us we better make the trip worth her time (better tip her good) since we were one block outside of their delivery boundary. She even made a scene and threatened me in front of young children when she discovered my tip wasn’t to her liking, I think it was 20%. We hadn’t ordered in a long time since but have had better experiences. Since.

I am a delivery driver for a third party food app. I come in there quite frequently to pick up orders. I have to say I love the atmosphere, and that you have some fine employees.
They’re al quick and efficient and friendly. I can see that they work really hard at what they do and I appreciate how fast they get the orders ready. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due! And I also love all the funny signs on the walls they’re hilarious. Keep up the good work.

We ordered cheesy garlic bread and it came barely cooked. Majority of it was raw dough. I was excited at first because I thought it was extra cheesy, then disgusted because it wasn’t cooked. I have ordered from this place many times and this it st he second time they messed up this time my buffalo chicken pizza looked liked it was layes. On its side and when I called the driver was like I don’t throw my deliveries around then another person got on the phone and started laughing and I asked for a refund and they hung up on the this place is a terrible place to order from. Such a disgrace and the employees are rude and disrespectful. Such a shame I loved your pizza I will no longer visit toppers again. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible delivery drivers.
