this place has the absolute best pizza out there. also, the best employees! the night shift delivery driver guy with long hair is very attractive one time i stepped in gum on my way up to the counter and he felt so bad for me he gave me $50. also he donated his left kidney to me in the hospital the other week.

Never had a bad experience here. Not sure of his name but I think he is the night manager with black hair. He is always so nice and actually speaks to you. They work hard here and try to get everyone served in a timely manner. I always order pick up. Delivery can take some time and I’m not paying for cold pizza. I’m not sure why people are complaining about food not being hot out of the oven when it’s being delivered

If I could give this zero stars, I probably would. We placed a late night order for two pizzas, bbq chicken bites, cheesy bread and a 2L of soda. Our pizzas were so incredibly greasy and badly put together. They were both quite doughy, one was uncut, they were both cold and the cardboard box underneath was so greasy. The cheese sticks were ok. The chicken looked like someone poured quite a bit of bbq sauce in the box and placed to chicken on top. We also did not receive a soda. I sent in a help ticket in the contact us section of the website. I’m hoping to hear back!

Boneless wings were mostly doughy breading drenched and soggy with so much sauce. Served cold. $16 for a 9” cheese pizza seemed and little steep but the quality was pretty spot on. Delicious sauce, high quality cheese, and perfectly baked.

We ordered here for months but just had the worst experience of my life.
We ordered through the app and it removed the cheese and sauce. I told them and the manager said, “not our problem, you ordered it that way” (I didn’t). He implied I’m a liar, then when I asked for a corporate number he gave me a disconnected number. He said he was the manager, but for his sake, I hope he wasn’t!

Ridiculously long wait for one large pizza to be delivered. Hour and a half wait. Still waiting.
And take forever to answer when you call to find out where your pizza is. Manager had nothing else to offer up except “it’ll be another 5 minutes.”
Poor customer service.

I ordered a large thin crust received a hand tossed. I called and had the issue resolved which I thought until I opened the pizza box . The pizza is not edible the pizza has piles and piles of bacon , only half the pizza is supposed to be bacon not triple the bacon . I called to request a refund was argued with & was denied the refund. I requested his name and customer service phone number which I was denied also, was told he would speak with his manager and call me back never received a call back. i’ve been ordering from this topper for years. I’ve never received this quality of pizza or the horrible customer service I received today . Very disappointed I would like a refund for my pizza.

So we ordered 2 Large pizzas and it was almost an hour late to begin with. After we got the pizza we noticed there was no pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza and no chicken on the chicken pizza. Toppings that were present were only on center of the pizza. Next thing we notice is hair on the pizza. This is the worst experience we have EVER had anywhere and that’s saying a lot. We then proceeded to call the store and were treated rudely by someone who claimed to be the manager. If your not even running a store with proper hygiene nor any kind of customer service when YOU are the ones who screwed up shows me I never want to buy ANYTHING from there again and never will…..nor should anyone else have to worry about this kind of thing from someone making their food. Beware buying anything from here as I feel at the worst you will get sick and at the best you wont get what you paid for. Simply ridiculous in this day and age to have to deal with any of this. Wish I could leave zero stars to he honest.

Won’t be ordering from this toppers again. I ordered at night, was diligent in paying attention to the order tracker and “time-frame” in which the order would be delivered. My number was listed multiple times throughout the order. Waited until I’d heard no response and the tracker stated “out for delivery” but received no phone call beyond requesting it be left in the front (because attempting to notify customers of their delivery is common courtesy I thought, even DoorDash has always done that). Foods cold, and definitely was outside for long before the delivery “time-frame.”

Toppers is always our go to for pizza delivery. They offer such great quality food and different menu items to meet all of our families different tastes when it comes to pizza. Toppersticks are always a wonderful and tasty addition to all of our orders. Highly recommend!!!
