Whomever was cooking on November 24th at about 5:00 p.m. should be fired. Not only did they not cook the food that was requested it tasted like shit.. I mean we’re talking about pizza people Pizza should taste like pizza. It absolutely did not in this case it was disgusting. On top of not having the pizza the way that I ordered it. That is just BS if you ask me. It’s a hit or mess with this place. Very rarely you will find it made correctly and or delivered nice and hot and or tasting delicious. More often than none there’s errors and missing things and as today so disgusting. We ate it because we waited to eat dinner late and we were all hungry otherwise I would have made them come back and pick up this garbage. Shame on whoever was making them at that time and day

Don’t get the hand tossed it’s worse than cafeteria food. Crust is plain, and if there was sauce on it you couldn’t tell because it just tasted like cardboard and cheese. And I payed extra for the ranch drizzle on the top and they either forgot it, or it soaked up into the dry sad crust. The pepperoni itself tastes awful as well. If you want expensive school food here you go. I thank the staff for trying but they can only do so much with garbage ingredients. Its sad because last time I was here I got a simple thin crust pepperoni pizza, and it was glorious. But this? You know its bad if I (emphasis on “I”) dont eat the crust. I tossed the leftovers in the trash. Its near inedible. I will say the atmosphere in there is a bit scary, the staff are lovely and friendly but the music…its way too loud, I could feel it in my chest last time I was in there.

I was craving toppers pizza and stix and I was so disappointed when I saw the quality of food delivered to me. It’s a shame because normally the food at this location isn’t bad, but this is a hot mess. Food aside, my customer service experience has always been good and the delivery drivers are always very polite. If I ever decide to order from this location again, it would be because of the customer service I have experienced.

I ordered a medium PAN PIZZA with sausage and pepperoni THIFK AND DICED.. When I got the pizza it looked NOTHING like a pan pizza. It looked exactly like a hand tossed which I don’t like. Next, the pizza was DRY! Hardly and sauce. HARDLY ANY TOPPINGS. SERIOUSLY????
I paid almost 14 for what a load of bread with little toppings and hardly any sauce. I couldn’t even taste the sauce.
I actually stopped eating toppers a while back because of these issues. I thought I would give you another try and again Disappointed!!!! Overpriced and not good!!!

Had to delete my previous 5 star review. After 7 years of nearly perfect service, now the quality is slipping into the basement. Can’t ever get through on the phones without holding for 45 minutes, just spent almost $50 on food, pizzas had basically ZERO TOPPINGS on them and as usual the wrong drinks. And it was farmed out to door dash. I’m done with this location. I’m done wasting my money. Maybe if they step up and fix whatever in house issues they have I might spend money there again but unlikely.

Absolutely horrible- pizza was supposed to be here by 6pm by 7pm they wont answer the phone literally took it offhook. Finally at about 716 they showed up with Luke warm pizza and an excuse how they needed to make a 5 pizza order smh wont go here again.

The guy working in the back is a beast an is chefing away alone while a delivery driver walks in and hides in the bathroom until the guy working in the back finishes the multiple orders he has and then is able to hand me my food the delivery driver could have easily helped him out and helped me but nah from what I guess because since I’m picking up a carry out and not giving him a delivery order and tip he can’t help me. The guy working alone in the kitchen deserves a raise and the delivery driver is quite literally worthless

I remember when toppers pizza first came out on Washington avenue. We got so much pizza that year and years to come we could never get sick of it, the toppers stix we’re a favorite of ours.
And when a north side location opened up I was very pleased and frequented it quite often for some time. A few sub par experiences in the past 2 years has lead me to shy away, untill last night, a choice a deeply regret.
Last night I ordered a tall boy sausage mushroom pizza, taco stix, and some garlic Parm wings. Everything was hot and fresh, seemingly appeasing to my hungry tummy… Lol, oh boy was I wrong. $36 in food and around a $6 tip I don’t regret the tip, but I do regret the purchase. Let me start by saying that this review is by no means a reflection on the staff who work there. The girl who delivered my pizza was very friendly and personable, and so has been the staff anytime in the past. It’s not their fault that toppers pizza has such shitty food quality.
As I was saying the food looked delicious, the pizza looked hot and fresh, the wings were smothered in sauce just the way I like em, and the taco stix we’re well crafted and symmetrical, a work of art. As I started to eat my food boy was I disappointed. The pizza tbh was the only slightly “enjoyable” part of my meal. There was no sauce on the crust though and only on top of the toppings, a little strange but it was laid out in a nice swirl pattern and was quite presentable. Not sure if this is how the tall boys come, since this is the first time I ever ordered one, or if this was a late night, long day mistake by a human being who realized he forgot to put the sauce on. Both are forgiveable, wether it be my ignorance or their mistake.
As I dove into my taco stix first my taste buds were bamboozled with so much tastelessness I thought I have COVID-19. After 3 stixx the only ounce of flavor I got out of them was a wince of jalapeno. Very disappointed I went for my wings to my disappointment the sauce was overly salty
The wings were mushy and gelatinous, the sauce was plastic and just gross if it wasn’t for the salty taste I might if thought I had COVID for real that is how tasteless the taco stixx were.
Lastly I went for my pizza, surly the pizza can’t be that bad. Oh boy was I wrong the only noticeable flavour on the pizza was the mushrooms, not even the sausage to my surprise…. It tasted like cardboard, air, and just plain shitty. I chocked down about 3 stixx, 3 pizza, and 3 bites of chicken in all, a small modest meal for a hungry man like me. All in all I am very disappointed I’m my meal and will never be back. As stated earlier I’ve had a few sub par experiences in the past two years but nothing to this extent. I honestly feel as if I deserve a full refund for my food. Not my tip though. And not once in my entire life have I ever not happily ate something and paid even if it was sub par. This food was below sub par, this food wasn’t even food grade in my opinion, it was the worst takeout experience or dining experience I ever had in my 30 years.
It’s not the staffs fault that toppers is providing sub par, non edible food ingredients, toppers is a far way away from where it used to be.
