Order a thin crust buffalo ranch chicken pizza.
The buffalo ranch chicken pizza was intended to be thin crust, but it was overcooked and difficult to chew. Apart from this, the pizza was satisfactory. However, it was challenging to consume.

What a joke. I ordered on the app….basic cheese pizza but somehow ended up with no cheese. Manager acts like you did it on purpose…. seriously….so I’m confused as to how do you order a plain cheese pizza now. Not the first time having issues with this particular store. I’m done….it’s always undercooked or burned or something else and it’s always a problem. Looks like it hasn’t changed.

Pizza undercooked, raw in middle. Very sloppy, greasy and not intact. Not cut through, had to tear it apart. Pepperoni was burnt to black. I dont think I ordered tomatoes. Unsatisfied. Threw it in garbage.

Service is typically decent at this location. Pizza has been getting more and more greasy each visit. They also changed their sauces. They used to come in plastic containers and be one of the main reasons I stopped. They’ve now changed to “toppers” branded cups and are pre packaged instead of clear cups. Don’t taste the same at all. I’m very disappointed and will likely no longer be a frequent customer at all.

I like toppers, I just do not like this specific branch. It has the lowest amount of toppings on the pizza, and the sauce is also really really small in amount.
The last order was few days ago, I paid 2$ for literally 3 tiny pieces of tomatoes, 2$ for less than a slice of onions, 2$ for less than one table spoon of sweet red peppers.
When I order the same thing from a different branch, whether it is in Kenosha or Waukesha, it will be much much better and really worth it, and the staff would be friendlier.
I included a photo of half of the pizza in the review to see what I’m talking about. There is just one piece of tomato on this half. The other two are on the other half to be fair.
I called to complain, and the one on the phone told me that he would direct my call to the “front desk” to take my complaint. He did put me on hold, but I waited for like 30 minutes, and no one even responded.
I gave them a chance to fix it, and they just ignored it.
NEVER ordering from this branch again.

Ordered boom boom wings, no sauce on my boneless wings. Call and they say “boneless wings absorb the sauce…” hmm not on my sons bbq boneless wings though?! Horrible service with my dry wings. Order from another location!!! Management wouldn’t get on the phone. Just payed for another order with extra sauce, charged double the price. Sad!! Zero resolution to a problem they should be held accountable to fix. Somebody must be taking a little to much inventory home that they have to skimp paying customers.

Ordered 3 Large pizzas and 2 large nacho sticks AND 1 medium pizza which is the one i didn’t receive. Came back and Manager said he didn’t believe me. What a horrible thing to say after paying over $100. It was the smallest pizza too. never coming back.

When I get toppers I always choose this location because they’re reliable and actually make the pizzas look like how they’re advertised. In my experience, everyone has always been friendly at this location and resolves order issues, if any.
