Their delivery sucks. I will never order from them again. Placed order at 5. The system provided an estimated time frame for 5:53-6:10. Called the store at 6:20 to be told the delivery driver is “busy”. 7pm and my order was still not here. I had to cancel.

My daughters birthday was today. She turned 9. We had family over and all this little girl wanted was topper sticks. I placed my order to be picked up by my sons at 4:55pm. Almost 45 minutes had past that time and I was livid as they had not picked them up yet. I prepaid. I called the store and spoke with the manager and told him how upset that my boys weren’t there yet because this is all she wanted for her birthday tonight. I just wanted to make sure they don’t throw them away. He said it’s ok we will make a fresh one for you. I said I’m sorry, this is not necessary because this was not your fault this was my boys fault. I said I just need to make sure they don’t get thrown out, she will reheat them. He said no worries it will be here. I said thank you.

My sister placed an order here at 4:15pm. At 5:30 she called to see what was going on. And was told the delivery drivers were very busy. At 6:30, she canceled the order. If you can actually do your job and get pizzas out, why are you even open? Just closed down the store so the website will stop routing orders to you and wasting people’s time.

Ordered boom boom wings, no sauce on my boneless wings. Call and they say “boneless wings absorb the sauce…” hmm not on my sons bbq boneless wings though?! Horrible service with my dry wings. Order from another location!!! Management wouldn’t get on the phone. Just payed for another order with extra sauce, charged double the price. Sad!! Zero resolution to a problem they should be held accountable to fix. Somebody must be taking a little to much inventory home that they have to skimp paying customers.

Ordered a pizza for pickup and it was missing a topping. Called back about it and was given the option to come back to pickup the Missing Topping not remake the pizza correctly. Never heard that one before. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Good service as always. They messed up my pizza but promptly made it right. I appreciate the way they treat their customers. I didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me but she handled everything properly. Toppers is still my favorite place to get pizza.
