My experience at this restaurant was awful. Before I could even order my pizza they told me it would be over a 30 minute wait just for them to make my food. But then 7 people after me ordered and got their food. Then their delivery driver in a gray Honda civic literally over heard us talking about how racist and unprofessional they were being and went in and told them. Like their employee was literally walking around our car stalking out our car because we were talking about the bad service.
Then when I get my food 45 minutes after the time they stated it was going to be done, is ice cold and not full cooked. If I could put a negative 10 review I would.
And then they don’t even have the hot brownies they are cold individually wrapped bricks. Like toppers get it together. I demand a refund. When asking for a refund they refused.

Horrible, food was made wrong and was cold, they also had me wait over 15 minutes while my food was just sitting there. They were giving food away to this girl who was obviously high and had her baby there. She was demanding items and they would give her free stuff while we waited. I’ll never buy toppers again. Salz pizza is better.

We ordered food last night about 8 pm, and projected delivery was between 9:07 and 9:17pm. We finally got our food about 10:15. We understood it was a busy Saturday night and that the food would take longer to get. By the time we got our food it was cold. The most disappointing thing was the delivery driver indicated that she was the only scheduled delivery driver and that “they” know they need two drivers. I would highly discourage anyone from ordering delivery from this location especially on a Saturday night unless you’re okay with cold food.

Absolutely most horrible customer service. I stood in line for 7 mins while the 3 workers ignored he 5 of us in line. My order was ready and sitting there. I finally said can someone please come check us out?? They still all just stayed in the back for another 2 mins and finally someone came to help us. I heard the other 2 talking shit saying it wasn’t their fault. Don’t work here if you don’t wanna deal with customers!! Most horrible toppers!!

I am writing to express my complete disappointment and outreach regarding the Customer Service i’ve received today. I called your location to place a pick up order for a very important meeting involving politicians, senators, and news reporters, and event for which I had carefully chosen Toppers Pizza to cater. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward experience turned into an absolute disaster.
I was hung up on three separate times and placed on hold for over 30 minutes, only to receive no assistance whatsoever. This level of disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. I am in total shock and disgust at how unprofessionally your staff handled the situation.
This was not just any order, it was an opportunity for Toppers Pizza to shine in front of some very important high profile individuals. Instead, the service I received left me questioning what kind of business are you running and whether accountability or professionalism exist within your company at all.
I’ll expect a prompt response as well as an explanation for why such apalling Customer Service occurred. I also want to know what corrective steps will be taken to ensure no other customer or public figure ever experiences something like this again.

Attempted to place my order for delivery at 8pm last night and after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, I was told by a staff member it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my food. Decided to drive over to the location instead place my order in person. When I walked up to the counter I was told by a staff member I would have to wait between 10 to 15 minutes before I get my order taken. After patiently waiting at the counter my order was finally taken at 8:15. My three small pizzas were finally ready for me to take at 8:50. The buffalo chicken Mac n cheese pizza, the cheese curd and bacon pizza and the Ragin pepperoni were very unique pizzas and I’d eat them again but probably would look elsewhere due to long wait times for ordering and location being short staffed.

I give this place three stars only because the employee that helps me was very nice and professional but the thin crust pepperoni and sausage and mushroom pizza was not my cup of tea especially since I was told they was the best in Milwaukee.

This place is a JOKE!!! It took an hour and a half beyond the estimated delivery time for my COLD, barely any cheese, pepperoni pizza to arrive. I didn’t even receive my complete order. I even tried to call the location to find out when my food would arrive and was on hold for 20 minutes before I decided to hang up because no one would pickup the phone. Oh and when I mean the pizza is cold, it is ice cold. There is actually a whole slice of pizza with no cheese!!! Again, this place is a JOKE!!!! Definitely not going to give this place another opportunity to steal my money!
