Very sad that I had an bad experience! Normally one of our favorite pizza places. Placed an order online for delivery. Was confirmed and later went back to check tracking and nothing came up.Waited 1.5 hours for pizza. Nothing. Called the store and was told that no order had been placed by that phone number. Yet I had the email proving that an order had been placed and the charges on my debit card. Went into the store to show them the email. They claimed that they didn’t have the order. Had to reorder my food and pay again. Very upset.

I ordered for delivery online. Moments after placing the order I received a call from the store explaining they had no driver for the day but I could pick my order up for a discounted price. I agreed, picked up food right when she said it would be ready, was all correct and tasted delicious. She handled everything very well and I hope people don’t give her hell today.

Pizza was cold because the delivery driver left it on the porch and never called or messaged to tell us it was delivered. The actual pizza was sub par at best. We ordered a two liter soda and they brought us a single 20oz. All in all just bad.

The only good thing about our experience on Friday is that the delivery driver was very nice. We ordered pizza at 6:24pm. The pizza got to our house at 8:25pm after saying it should be a 45 min wait. When we called, the operator checked and said ” Yeah it should be on it’s way shortly.” this was already after an hour and a half. Really bad customer service and even worse wait times.

First and last time ordering toppers, Ordered two larger thin crust pizzas and it was like eating cardboard with a little sauce, cheese and toppings on it. I get better pizza from the grocery store. Edit: Gave toppers another try and this time it tasted way better. Switched from 1 star to a 4.

I don’t usually order from toppers and now I know why! I like their cheese sticks but that is about it. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and cheese sticks. So besides pepperoni and sausage on my pizza I also had some Mac and cheese, chucks of tomatos, and some pickles. What is up with that.

Worst place ever. Ordered a pizza over the phone and said it would take 45 minutes. Called back after an hour and they said it was scheduled for 3 hours later because they didn’t have a driver. Demanded a partial refund and a prompt delivery. Was hung up on by the rude employee. Called back to cancel and get a full refund and she was insufferable. Will now never EVER order Toppers again. Unacceptable.
