Spent hours attempting to contact the manager on placing a large order using tax exempt. The employees were uneducated on what tax-exempt even meant. Was advised to call back after 4, when the manager would be in, which I did. Was transferred to the manager where I sat on hold for 9 minutes before the call disconnected. Called again, was on hold a few minutes, someone came on, and acted like they could not hear me. Whether that was true or not, I do not know. Very disappointing as I love Toppers. It should not take a whole day with no luck to place an order with tax exempt.

It was perfect. I requested ‘crazy cuts’ on the order, and the team did a great job on fulfilling that. Combined with a great delivery time and excellent preparation; very satisfied customer here.

We ordered our Toppers Stix around 10pm on a Sunday night. After our initial “out for delivery” notification we waited for 30 mins before calling the store asking why our food wasnt here. The manager informed me that aparently the “actual delivery time hadnt been adjusted” and that “our driver just left w your order”…unacceptable already and when it did finally arrive the food was cold and the box looked like itd been sat on w the food sticking to the top… Toppers in Bay View needs to get some serious quality training..

Delivery sucks. So the actual staff and food is great. The problem is that they seem to have completely outsourced delivery to Nash, because we ordered our pizza around 2:45 pm, so not a busy time, yet our order was still delivered by a third party service. As a result, the Toppers tracker/text said our order would arrive at 3:25 pm, but it didn’t arrive until 3:45 pm and the pizza was barely warm.

If you like getting your car vandalized while parked in back of their business then this is the toppers for you. They have no shame in littering dozens of their takeout menus in the streets or plastering them all over your vehicle. In addition, they park wherever they please behind their business (on a residential street) including next to construction zones where no parking is permitted. 0/10 would never patronize. They get paid for this.

The manager left this poor girl all on her own!!! She was so sweet to us trying to enter our credit card in manually but had to call her manager who WASNT THERE to help her. Come on guys. Don’t leave your people hanging!!
