I am beyond grateful for the customer service that I was given. I went in to the pizzeria asking about deals , I love toppers pizza , the flavor is unique . I was explained the deals by Charles, Charles did an amazing job explaining to me the best deals. He is such a good guy, very good heart, he should be the manager of this location , he not only is kind but was also very professional. I am happy I got the opportunity to be attended by Charles, he is a great guy and because of him the business in this location will grow and grow. I stopped in, to check out Toppers, since it’s new. I had a difficult time ordering on their website. Their website was kind of weird to navigate, we did figure it out and ordered a couple of pizzas. they were quick to make them but when we got them the dough was kind of tough. Flavor was definitely there. Just not something I’d go crazy for. The service was great, the employees greeted me with a smile, were very kind, and they executed without error. Those are good qualities.

The crust was not what we expected. Wasn’t bad just a bit tough on the crust/handle of slice/outside. Our slices were sliced so wonky we had slices that were the size of a babies hand and others were bigger than our face.

I had to order several pizzas for our 2 football teams that were playing in Watertown, I had to make 2 separate orders to be delivered at 2 separate times. When I called I talked with Charlie who was so charming & extremely helpful! He made the ordering process easy & was thorough with details in making sure the orders were correct & delivered to the right place at the right time. It was truly a pleasure to work with him!
Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of ther person who delivered the pizzas that night, but he was also very helpful & super friendly!
It was absolutely great working with this Topper’s Pizza location! I would definitely reccomend them to everyone & will order from them again the next time our team is in town! And reports from the players were that the pizza was delicious!!

I’m in Johnson Creek. Had some things to do in Watertown and stopped at Toppers and got a 12 inch deep dish pizza to take home. First time ever trying Toppers. Got home and had two pieces right away. Very pleased!

Always a great experience. The staff is always really kind and helpful. They are often open on holidays, so it’s nice to be able to go there to feed my picky family on days when a lot of other stores are closed.

The pizza tasted alright, but it came out scalding hot and didn’t cool down for a while. The basic crust is practically non-existent, so you have to pay extra to have a crust. I wasn’t willing to do that though. I was charged $2 more for the pizza than what was advertised. There was also a feint smell of cigarette smoke. A buddy of mine and I split a pizza, and we did separate payments, but the cashier didnt even split the price correctly. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience. The atmosphere was alright, but I definitely won’t be eating there again.

When ordering from pizza places that can be more expensive at times, this location seems to be worth it. My order was hot and everything was correct. I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza with hot honey drizzle, 1/2 boneless wings and pickle sticks for my family. They were on time bringing the order. The pizzas veggies were cut correctly and evenly placed with meat and were plentiful.
Overall, worth placing an order at the Watertown location.
