Man- the service here is great. The girly at the front was friendly and asked us for refills often, the cook in the back waved and smiled- definitely the stars of the show here. The restaurant however needs some TLC. It was pretty dirty inside. Dead bugs on the window sill, dirty pizza server handles, and sticky menus. I feel so bad to say this because this place has great potential for sure, but the food quality doesn’t make up for the poor atmosphere. I’m so sorry to be ugly but we will try again if it maybe gets a reasonable amount of TLC !!

Buffet generally is almost bare or bare. Dry pizza. Been here twice. First time cook was working on cars. They aren’t to attentive. Wasn’t busy. It has a sports bar feel.

Today, my wife and I decided to try out Toppers brick oven pizza. We have seen so many good reviews here, that we knew we wanted to try them one day when we were in the area, since we live some 40 minutes away. We arrived around 3pm. There was no other customers. We were greeted by Luke, and invited to sit wherever we liked and help ourselves to the buffet. I asked about requesting a pizza for the buffet and Luke said of course. So, we asked for a taco pizza. In the meantime, we made ourselves salads. All the items on the salad bar were fresh with a wide variety of toppings. It was really good.
As we finished our salads, Luke brought the taco pizza out and delivered it directly to our table. We were very impressed with this. The taco pizza was very delicious and we managed to finish half of it before we were too stuffed to eat more. We finished up, paid for our meal, and were about to leave when Luke put the remaining pizza in a to-go box and told us to take it home! Wow! So thoroughly impressed with this establishment. They obviously go above and beyond to please their customers. The buffet price is extremely reasonable to boot. If you haven’t been there yet, you definitely should go!

As someone who used to work at a pizza joint, I never get excited about pizza anymore, but.. we had Toppers for the first time today and I loved it! My picky son, who rarely eats more than 2 or 3 pieces of his food ate 3 slices. Phenomenal food, and the employees were awesome. Keep up the good work!

I ordered my husband a steak and cheese sub and this is how they sent it home. I’m not sure who thought this was acceptable to send a sandwich with burnt meat, but this is an acceptable for anyone to eat that’s not even cool, absolutely heinous that they would even try to send something out for somebody to consume looking the way it does. I’m sorry but if I could give zero Stars I would. The food used to be good here I don’t know what happened but something happened and it’s not good.

Took the family here on Saturday night ( May 17th ) I read the reviews and thought it would be a good place to try. We live in Winter Haven so it’s a bit of a drive for us.
The pizza bar is very small and the cook didn’t keep up with the pizzas at all. It wasn’t very busy yet there was a long wait to get pizza on the bar.
The pizza that was put on the bar wasn’t all that great. There was a lot of grease in every pizza and you could tell there was very little to no pride taken in making them.
We ordered a large fry when we sat down. Took over 30 minutes to get them and then they weren’t cooked completely at all.
Overall. The 6 of us all agreed that this was a failure and wouldn’t come back. The kids said they would have rather eaten cicis pizza instead.
The waitress was a nice lady.
