Always a fun time here. You probably know the deal with the fun golf games you can play here and it’s super conducive to having fun as a group eating, drinking, and having fun doing something you may be good at or not so good at (but it’s fun to laugh at yourself sometimes!)
I mainly wanted to share our appreciation for the great staff here during our experience. There was a large group that was spilling over into our bay space and the staff tried to discourage that. We also had a spill that they were helpful in cleaning and were very attentive to our needs throughout. Much appreciated!
We really enjoyed the food as well! We will no doubt be back.

We had a lot of fun here even though it was cold, they had heaters and the staff were all really nice. The nachos and the burgers were both really tasty. Great time for the family

Our family had the best evening at Top Golf! It’s such a unique experience that is really fun for everyone. We checked in on the app in order to not wait too long. When we arrived we have a small issue and the manager on duty (Steven) went above and beyond to accommodate our party and ensure we had the best night. We are grateful to Steven for helping us. The food was incredible and even with every single bay being filled, we did not have to wait too long for food.

My first time at Topgolf. Food was awesome! I thought the humidity would be a propblem but they have fans EVERYWHERE!!

I came here for my bday and never been to top golf before. For a first time experience it was awful. I notified guest relations and they didn’t care to apologize for how bad of experience I had. When we arrived I checked in on my phone, when our bay was ready we went upstairs to it. The sever was still cleaning the bay and was rude towards us. So it was already taking away from our time slot we paid for… It really ruined the experience from the git go. Then barbacks kept bringing drinks to our table we didn’t order and then when we got our drinks they were not good at all. So watered down. For how expensive it is to go here and be treated badly, we won’t be returning.
Update: I reached out to them and still no response & have been ignored. Their management does not care about anyone. Please waste your money elsewhere.

We held a party for my 96 year old Gpa there last Saturday. The person who took my booking was great. Our server was great but the manager was the manager was extremely rude. Spent a thousand dollars and was treated like we got ot for free. Pretty disappointed

We’ve been to Topgolf five or six times, and it has always been an awesome experience until today. We booked a one-hour session for 12:15 PM, but our bay wasn’t ready until 17 minutes after our start time. We assumed that time would be compensated at the end, but unfortunately, it wasn’t.
Service was also slow; our food didn’t arrive until 12:58 PM, and by 1:07 PM, we were handed the check and told our time was up. We tried to tell our server that we haven’t been there long but all he said was that there were two older people working the front and that was the reason we were checked in so late. We had to pack our meal into to-go boxes and leave immediately. Our previous visits were fabulous, but this experience was incredibly disappointing and poorly managed.
I guess I expect more when we’re spending hundreds of dollars at your bussiness and thousands overall.

My brother brought me here for my birthday back in Oct. We had a great time. We made reservations online without and problems. Got checked in immediately and got to swinging. Everything was smooth. Staff was nice. And facility was clean. Was a little chilly that morning, but overhead heaters were perfect. Would love to go back.
