We arrived at 2:10 for our 2:15 reservation. There was no wait. Our server was great and food arrived quickly and warm! Even though it was snowing today, the bay was warm and comfortable. I would only suggest bringing a blanket if its a cold/windy day. A great way yo celebrate a February birthday.

Waited almost two hours for a bay tonight and ended up getting turned away after our name was finally called. Hope this reaches management and are properly compensated. When we first checked in around 8:45 pm, we were told the wait would be about 1 hour and 45 minutes. We agreed and waited the entire time.
When we were finally called, the same employee who checked us in asked everyone’s ages and told us that after 9 pm a 21+ adult has to be present because it becomes a bar. The problem is that this was never mentioned when we first checked in, even though it would have been 9 pm only 15 minutes later. If we had been told that upfront, we obviously wouldn’t have waited almost two hours.
It was extremely frustrating to spend that much time waiting only to be turned away for something that could have easily been communicated at the beginning. The employee also came across as pretty dismissive and unfriendly both when we checked in and when we were turned away.
Overall it felt like a huge waste of time and could have been avoided with basic communication. We live 2.5 hours away just for nothing. I hope this issue gets fixed immediately.

We had a really nice server. The food was good though i did ask for extra crispy wings and they weren’t. I really recommend the nachos and the Pina Colada. Overall great experience. Would definitely come back.

Worst experience ever! I hope this review reaches management. This is my second time at top golf however the last time I went it was the Illinois location near Chicago. For starters, arriving to reserve a bay I spoke with the front desk worker and she was sassy. With my friend with me we told her we have a group of 6 people. This was at 8:45. Me and my friend are both 18. We had one other person in the group who was 18 and the others were 17 and 16. However she did not ever ask us our age. She spoke to us as if we weren’t serious in getting a spot. After telling us that the wait would be 1 hour 45 minutes we decided to sit in the parking lot and wait. 1 hour and 45 minutes later we got a call that our spot was ready. We went inside as a group and the worker didn’t even ask us anything besides “how old are you?” I told her that I myself and 2 of my friends are 18. And she said “how old is the whole group?” After telling her our ages she immediately said you need to be 21 because the bar is open now so you’ll need to call your parent or someone. We live 2 hours away. Didn’t offer any other solution so we just left. The workers should let people know ahead of time that they will need to be 21 to have people under 18 with them. Crazy that she didn’t even mention it before the bar opened. This needs to be fixed immediately. 2 hours back home for nothing!

A great place to make some fun memories. We have only gone when it’s cold, which I do not like…but most people seem to stay comfortable. There is overhead heat but the foot area tends to stay cold. Reserving a bay is convenient, but the bay deposit will not go towards your total bill. Easy to find bays, display screen for players/game scores, decent food (do not get the cookie crumble sundae unless you like alot of cool whip and very hard cookie crumble), always had great service. Military discount on the game is a plus!

Easy to book online and they text you your bay # just before your reserved time. So you just go straight to your bay. Or there’s a bar to wait at.. service was good when he came around except there’s no call button/ light and when the machine wasn’t giving out balls I had to go find someone. Manager came around, but was young and didn’t seem to know how to handle mild complaints/ recommendations. Overall good food, drinks and fun games to play.

Food was good but outrageously priced. The golf ball trackers are off too. But the facility was clean and we had lots of fun. Definitely something to do with friends while in Indy. Also family friendly. I’d recommend.

I had an amazing time at Topgolf! We went in the morning and took advantage of their early special, which made it even more worthwhile. The experience was super fun, with a great selection of games to play during our time. I loved the option to purchase food and drinks, and the food smelled incredible! Another plus was that they provided various clubs with the bay rental.
The bays were heated, which made it comfortable, and there was cozy seating for everyone to relax between turns. It made the whole experience enjoyable, even for those just hanging out and watching.
The only downside was the check-in process. We had to wait in line for a while, which was fine, but when it was our turn, a family cut in front of us and went straight to the counter. The employee saw what happened, made eye contact, and even gave a look that showed he knew it was wrong, but then proceeded to serve them without any apology or acknowledgment. It rubbed me the wrong way since it felt dismissive.
Overall, though, the experience was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend it for a fun outing. A bit more structure at check-in would make it perfect.
