Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE….. it’s actually surprising to experience such tasteful and inviting atmosphere located in Columbus Ohio. The entire setup is breathtaking! The architect that created this establishment did an amazing job. Service was beyond exceptional and the food! Top Tier. Even with the frigid weather outside it made golfing far more intriguing. Highly recommend to gather with friends and family to play golf have cocktails and enjoy some great food. We had a blast with an reasonable monthly fee to cover up to 5 people for the price of one. I will definitely make this our first choice of entertainment.

We took our four kids as part of a gift experience last weekend. We made a reservation, as it was a Friday evening. The mac and cheese bites and soft pretzels were a hit with all, however I would not recommend the kickin’ popper dip (lacked flavor). The red, white and boba and zero-proof mocktails were excellent, would order them all again! The Angry Birds game was tons of fun and no golf experience is needed to have a good time.

Visited recently on a week night, and their snow plow machine had broken down, so the whole field was covered on snow, and I thought it looked really cool!
Staff as always is wonderful, and the food is great as well.
I tried the Hot Shot Cider, and it was phenomenal.

We come to this place quite often and always have a great time. There are many different games to choose from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. The food is a bit overpriced and not really worth it in my opinion, but I won’t take a star off for that since we mainly go there to play golf, not to eat.
The staff are always polite and helpful, and we’ve never had any issues with making reservations on the website. It’s a great place to spend time with friends, and overall it’s not too expensive for the experience.
I would definitely recommend choosing the second floor — the view and overall experience are much better. Make sure to ask in advance, because sometimes you might be placed on the first floor, and it’s not as impressive.

Came here during a cold day, feels like temp is 18F. The heater is made it much easier, didn’t feel cold the entire time we were there. The drinks were great. The food was great. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Top golf is fun and the games make it interesting for all skill levels. Food is fine. You have to balance eating and playing so food can sit for a bit. It is expensive and if you reserve a bay online be aware the timer seems to start at the allotted time. We waited for somebody a couple minutes late and we got shorted 10 mins.

Went with friends for the first time tonight. It was such a fun atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and very attentive making sure we had drinks, food and a good time. The food quality was honestly shocking because you wouldnt think an entertainment establishment would have such good food. Highly recommend going here for a fun night.

We took my son for his 16 birthday with friends. I made reservations days in advance. They put us in bay 134, make sure to never get that bay!. A worker came up to us first thing and said it doesn’t always register points you have to hit to the left. We can discount your bill, he never came back around. Our bill should have definitely been discounted more than half our shots didn’t register. When you don’t golf not easy to hit your ball all the way to the left!! We ordered food and drinks. Appetizers came before our drinks. Food wasn’t very hot. We ate our entire meal without refills or napkins, even after asking for them. The only highlight of the night was them wishing him happy birthday. Very disappointing after spending $215 before tip, and I did tip.

This is my first time to play golf. Topgolf has a lot of fun, great deals, and classic food. There were 50% off discount from Monday to Thursday. Service was a little slow when checking in because there were a lot of people. It would be easy and fast to make a reservation online or in the app. Their beverages tasted great. The fried pretzels were mediocre with too much salt. My friend said the wings were better. There were also a great rooftop, bars, and party rooms. I am not a golf fan, but it is always great to try something new.

I will have to give 5 stars to our bay server. He was awesome! Our food was delicious and wait time wasn’t too bad, about 20 minutes. He explained log in instructions well and was very attentive. The big recommendation that I would like to give to Top Golf management – when placing a reservation well in advance (3 weeks) I do feel strongly the advantage should allow selection of bay. Period. I spent a lot of money for a special celebration which I planned well in advance and that should have customer priority. If the movie theaters can do it you should be able to as well. We ended up way at the end, very cold, far away from restrooms and computer system very delayed. Also, front desk staff was as cold as our seats. They are the first impression of your business and this is my third time coming and they are always either rude or irritated.
