This was our first time here, we had alot of fun. I checked the website before I went but didnt want to reserve not knowing what we needed to purchase. We played mini golf because bay wasnt available for another. Staff was helpful with all the questions I had because im usually want to get the best bang for my buck. Mini golf for 3, 16 bucks. Not bad. It did take an hr for mini golf with all the people. So worked out perfectly. Asked for left handed golf clubs, got to the bay and some were right handed mixed in but time had started. I had no idea what I was doing asked my husband. Since time had started and I was up first I had to golf right handed for a min. Went back up to the front with the bag and they fixed it for me. On the webiste it recommended 90 min we did 60 but as first timers I would have definitely picked 2hrs we had to figure out the games login our players since the link wouldn’t allow me. Look over the menu quickly. After 45 min it asked us if we wanted to extend since no one was up next we did 30 min and wished we did the hr. It was the last 30 min we started to get the hang of actually hitting the ball Food was decent. 2 orders of chicken strips and a salad. My son’s were chicken strips were burnt tried picking at them before he finally said they weren’t edible. We mentioned it to our waiter and the had fresh ones out withing a few minutes. Paid 185 excluding tip for a busy night. (Mini golf, food 3 meals 1 drink 2 waters appetizers, adult beverages, bay rental 90 min) Used veterans discount. Definitely had alot of fun would definitely try it again! Definitely would be more prepared next time

Moms gone wild… but make it Topgolf. Took the mom squad to Topgolf and let me tell you—we came for the bonding and accidentally found our competitive streaks (and maybe a new obsession with the guacamole). The food? A+. The drinks? Flowing. The heat? Relentless. We were sweating like we just ran a 5K… but make it cute. It was approximately 112° and our swings were just as wild as our kids at bedtime.

The crew was super sweet and didn’t even judge our chaotic energy, off-center swings, or the fact that we cheered like it was the Super Bowl every time someone hit the ball straight.

Would 100% do again—just next time, we’re bringing portable fans and stronger SPF. Moms swing hard, okay?

Service was very slow. We ordered alcoholic drinks and each one took about 10-15 minutes to come out. Our server had a trainee too, I hope this is not the standard for service here. It was not busy at all, maybe 5 bays. My food came out with the wrong side and I had to ask again for my toppings I asked for initially. The golf was fun, but at the end of the day when we spent over $100 for something, I don’t want to feel ignored by the staff.

I wish I could give less for the service. We were in bay 219. I reserved the bay for 2 hours. Our server did not come to our bay. After three visits to the bar, they finally did. They do not ask if we needed a refill for our drinks. Then, when it came time to pay, I was overcharged. They did not give me the 28 dollars for reserving the bay. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this place

Is a very good place to go spend time with family and friends. But my experience was not good at all, mainly because of how their system works.

1. Their website has no mention about the mini golf pricing, reservation, etc (which is the main attraction of the place if you are going with family and kids).
2. I called the place to ask about mini golf and I was given completely incorrect information that the mini golf is priced per party (1 to 6 players) and per hour at the rate of around $22
3. This info turned out to be incorrect since when I visited in person I was told that there is no time limit for mini golf and the cost is actually $5 per person and not based on a party.
4. Since I thought I could only stay in mini golf for one hour, I pre-reseved the main bay for one one from when I planned to visit the place. My idea was to spend 1 hour in mini golf and then go to the main area.
5. We couldn’t fully utilize the mini golf time and we’re forced to move to main bay area (even though there is no time limit on miningolf) bcz the front desk was very rigid on my reservation time for the main bay. We went on a Thursday night when literally the place was deserted and even after requesting they dint allow to push my reservation slot by 15 or 30min to the next slot.
6. Moreover, their stupid computers in the main bay are slow and ask you to enter the details of all the players. This includes info like phone number, email address, etc (either this or you just play without getting a chance to type player names). Just ssk for player names and that’s it. Also, their app option asks $5 per person to setup their account. Not sure what that is. Just setup everything from the screen and it shouldn’t cost you extra.

If you want to be so strict about everything, then should clearly specify all the information on your website or provide the correct info when someone calls you. Or atleast you should be flexible enough to let me move my scheduled slot to next slot especially bcz there is literally no body using the next slots for the day anyways.

What’s the point of having humans attending customers when you are rigid like computers? You should be able to adapt to the situation accommodate reasonable requests from customers 🙁

Update (Jul 12): Top golf replied to my review asking me to reach out to them. So, I sent out my issues as feedback on their page. I will update here when I get a response from them.

Gone extremely downhill since topgolf buyout. Stopped by today for an hour and experienced terrible, impersonal management, and overall inept staff.

Bryce took 10-15 minutes to ring up a single glove, before we could start at our bay, when we finally got out to begin practice there were only 38 minutes left out of our allotted hour. We made note of the discrepancy in time and requested a 15 minute extension to our time slot. Bear in mind we were one of only two bays being used on the bottom level, it was a cold, rainy day and the range was nearly empty, we were promptly informed that we were late (we signed in 5 minutes past our reservation) and there would be no extension. I totally understand if we’d arrived far later, or if an extension would actively be the cause of lost revenue if another party was coming in, but as it stood, the entire range was nearly empty, no one was waiting on our bay, we were one of 2 customers on the entire floor. Management stood nothing to lose from an extension and nothing to gain from refusing other than a power trip.

Bryce was impersonal and unwilling to address the fact that it was his delay of our session through lack of training and ability to ring up a single glove in a reasonable manner that caused the primary loss of our session time.

The manager was just as indifferent, too busy chatting up some younger waitresses to give any acknowledgment other than a short “that’s just policy” before turning back to the girls. I suppose if you’re planning on spending an hour here it would be a good idea to arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure that you get your full session time, as there was a couple behind us that got held up by the glove fiasco due to no fault of their own and likely missed just as much if not more of their session time when we were literally the only two parties checking in.

If this is how they handle business on a slow day I’d hate to be there when it’s busy. You have a right to spend your money where you please, but also a right to know what you’re getting into. As for me, I’m severely disappointed at what Bigshots has become since the top golf buyout, and won’t be returning, perhaps there’s a reason their stock has dropped 10% year over year for a 50% decline in share value over the last 5 years, what we experienced today clearly demonstrates their decline.

My first time to this establishment and it was very nice. The only problem I encountered was when paying with cash at the bars, rather than asking me if I want my coin change back, the bartenders just keep it. That’s my money and if I want them to keep it, I would say so. This happened to me twice in this same visit. I wonder how much extra money they are making off of customers by doing this. What if my bill was 8.75 and I just gave you $8.00. I’m sure that wouldn’t go over well, especially if I did it 2 or 3 times. If anything, the customers can always put the change in the tip jar if they don’t want their coin change but give the customer the opportunity to make that decision, don’t take it upon yourself to keep their money.

30$ for a base for an hour. Super reasonable. 5$ per person for Mini Golf. We didn’t order much, but what we did, tasted great. Customer service was exceptional.
