Horrible! Experience started out negative was told their was a wait. Thats no problem it was a Saturday and busy so we went in the food area to sit and eat while we waited. Sat in there for almost 30 minutes waiting after for someone to even come up and ask what we wanted to drink because the staff was so busy talking and cutting up that they were not even worried about taking orders. By the time someone came up our bay was ready so we moved to our bay about 10-15 minutes later our server came up and took drink orders then about 30 minutes into sitting we were able to order food. Food was good we were playing enjoying ourselves. Our drinks were empty so we asked for refills our server stated she was leaving and would give the order to our new server. At that time we had an hour left to play. The new server did not approach us until we had 15 minutes remaining to play she also seemed to have an attitude during this time as well and through entire experience. When she approached she stated she was about to get our refills. We sat and played while waiting and recieved our drinks with 1 minute remaining on our time. We sat to drink them and was rushed out so they could bust the tables and we were unable to even drink them. This was not the experience I expected after spending over $200 was very disappointed that family time ended up not being as enjoyable as we were hoping and paying for.

Visited Top Golf on Friday night for the first time in years. It was our friend’s birthday and he wanted to spend it at Too Golf. We had two bays and a group of about 10. The weather was poor so we had no issues getting a reservation just a few days in advance and we’re able to get into our bays right on time. The service was REALLY, REALLY SLOWWWWWW.It was at least 30-45 minutes before we saw our server and was able to place an order. Drinks were REALLY slow to come out. I’m talking, when the drinks were delivered, husband immediately ordered another round (which was our last round, though we were there for 2 hours). Drinks and food were good, though, so that was a plus. I will say that, my son ordered the bone in wings and he literally got 5 TINY wings. I absolutely DO NOT recommend the wings and it is barely a snack. At one point, I went inside to use the restroom. We were in bays 207 and 208 so we visited the bathroom near the bar. When we got in there, there were only three stalls. One was locked so, I assume out of order. One stall, the handicap, had one of your employees locked in having a really loud, really lengthy phone conversation so my friends and I had to take turns using the one vacay stall. The employee that was in the last stall never came out in the 5 minutes or so that we were in there. This just had all the signs of being a very poorly run place. I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon! And, for anyone reading this review, I had the exact opposite experience at Fairway Social. The service was amazing and the food was delicious!!!

Great place for fun with friends . Food is very tasty. Restrooms were clean. Service is slow. They have a QR Code for the menu. I would suggest adding the ability to order from the tables.

I brought my family, 6 of us in all, to Top Golf on a Tuesday when they are less busy and give great discounts. These were true today. We ordered some donut holes and 6 glasses of water. Our tv monitors all worked. I was able to change the channel with my phone.
The young lady that welcomed us and was very nice. It was my first visit, so I didn’t know what to expect. As I decided to order some food, or server must have been busy. So, I went to the bar to seek answers to my questions.
The manager’s service was exceptional though. That’s why I give 4 starts for service. If I could give 4.9 stars I would.

I was here last night with my family (of 5–all in one bay). I made a reservation for 6:30. We got there about 6:15. I’ll start with customer service. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t care that we were even there–no smile no welcome–just here’s your bay. I think our waitress was Cheyenne–very friendly but didn’t come around very often–several times we needed more drinks, and didn’t see her for quite a while. At one point a waiter from a different level brought us a drink we had ordered 10 minutes earlier and she was very friendly, even taking our orders for what we needed at that time. Moving in to gameplay–it was fun; the green mat was a little out of whack and the ball got stuck every time rather than rolling out onto the mat. If you didn’t catch it, it would roll the opposite direction toward the adjoining bay. (We were, like, bay 226 or close to it –right in the middle.) Moving on to food–the nachos (both chicken and steak) and wings (both boneless and bone-in) were good. The BlackBerry Smash was good, but we didn’t like the strawberry lemonade or the ?loaded? lemonade. One more good thing to mention is that we got an extra 15 minutes of play time, I think because we got there 15 minutes early. Overall we had a good time.

Went to Topgolf on an outing for work. We have periodic get togethers outside of the office to unwind and have fun. I would not have chosen Topgolf as my choice for somewhere fun to go because I am not into golf and did not envision myself having a good time there. Luckily for me, I was wrong. I had a great time. I’ve never seriously hit a golf ball (unless you count putt putt golf) but I was shockingly good at it right off the bat. The food was better that I expected as well. The service was great (even though our server’s personality was a bit on the spicy side—but I like that). I can’t comment on the prices since it was a work event and I didn’t have to pay for anything. I would definitely go back again in my own time with family or friends. Even if you think it’s not for you, check it out because you may be pleasantly surprised as I was.

Hard to rate here.
While the play time is amazingly fun and entertaining the service is ALWAYS horrible. This is our 7th time visiting and we only return because it is a fun time.
However, every single time our service is horrible. This particular time, he was so unwelcoming and unfriendly it made me uncomfortable. From the beginning he wasn’t too kind but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and treated him kindly. When he finally retuned with our drinks 40 mins later, he was indifferent. We finally received our food to our table, which was cold. Just put it down and walked off. He did return one other time to get our second drink order. After that, we never saw him again. I was going to bring some items home but he was no where to be found. One worker came to our bay to see if we wanted extra time and I asked her for a box and after 15 mins of waiting, we left.
The amount of money we spent for 2 hours here was ALOT and I have since learned my lesson. We will not be ordering food in the future if we return.
If the service was acceptable, we would visit offer.

A fun way to do something different with the family, but probably won’t be back. We visited on a Sunday and the first-floor bay was perfect for the kids. However, the service was lacking; our server took a soda order and then disappeared, leaving us to figure out the system ourselves. We were disappointed to find out there’s an extra $6 fee per person just to add names to the screen, so we ended up sharing one profile to save money. Between the hourly rate, played for two hours, and the food, it adds up fast; paid $180+. It was an okay experience, but a bit too pricey. But what isn’t pricey to go out and enjoy with family, huh?

The inside was unusually slow for a Friday night, but the outside bays for golfing was packed with a wait list. Awesome place! This is not the 1st time here, but it is my 1st review of it. Food is good, everything but the wings was delicious. Service was friendly. It has a very good atmosphere with upbeat employee personalities.

This place is the worst. Online reservation dropped us somehow. We stayed to eat. Took three actual hours and we had to pack our own food to leave. The food was cold when we got it. Management had no control over the place. They are lost. Go find a putt putt course somewhere. Just found out my daughter felt there was a predator watching her. I found this out after we left.
