We wanted to give a huge shoutout to Paradise at Topgolf Allen. She was our Bay Host during our visit, and she truly made our experience memorable. This was our family’s first time in Texas, and we were visiting relatives who wanted to take us to Topgolf. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side it was really cold, and even though the heaters were available, they weren’t working as well as we hoped. It definitely made it harder to enjoy the game while we were freezing.
But Paradise completely turned our experience around. We never once had to look for her; she was always nearby, attentive, and incredibly helpful. My family enjoyed her energy and kindness so much. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. She noticed how cold we were and offered us cups of hot water to help keep us warm, which made such a big difference that we ended up staying longer and having way more fun.
We just want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. She is an excellent server with amazing hospitality, and if we ever return to this location, we truly hope to see her again. Thank you, Paradise, for making our visit special despite the weather!

It’s 285 for 2 and a half hours plus 100 bucks of included food. The food isn’t that great. The “nachos” aren’t worth it. The cheese is laughable. You might as well skip that and get the unlimited chips and queso. There’s barely any cheese on it. The salsa tastes like tomato pasta sauce. Barely any “salsa” flavor.
It’s incredibly loud here. Don’t expect to be able to “talk’. Only yell through the other people yelling.
Theres a clothing store at the bottom with incredibly overpriced merch.
Overall it’s alright. Way overpriced honestly.

Our friends told us about the Top Golf summer pass and we have been going together as a family. I wasn’t sure how much my kids would enjoy the actual golf but Top Golf now has all these game modes including angry birds and sonic the hedgehog, which changes the way we play. There are a good variety of gold clubs too. There are ones for kids, shorter/taller and even left handed one.
Today we also tried out their food for lunch and it was actually really good. There’s a good amount of variety and different flavors. I like the trio wings. We will be back for more.

the game was really fun. it’s like bowling, but with golfing. fair prices. about $30 an hour for a booth. (1-6 ppl). drinks & food were great. service wasn’t great. our server was slow, not very accommodating, and had a bad attitude. we waited for about an hour for her to come check on us. when we had about 30 min left, i was finally over waiting. i asked the booth nearbys server if we could please have some water, she goes “i’ll find your server”. then 10 minutes later here she comes. & she brought the water, then had the nerve to go “like is that like all you guys need or are you like good.” it felt like there wasn’t a single adult around lol. i’m guessing they take a tip out of your tab for their servers because they all sucked, and didnt even care that they sucked.

Oh man only if their management, and how they actually handle things this would have been a great time for me and my group. I would recommend checking out other locations before going to this one. Other than that, our server was great! She should be the manager!!!! Won’t be back even if it was for free

My kids and I are came as part of a large group to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my daughter feel extra special at her celebration. The food was great and the games were fun, and we loved that there were different types of golf games to play.

I didn’t eat, however my daughter said the food was good. The service… SUCKS! Asked for creamer and sugar for my coffee multiple times and the coffee became cold after waiting forever. One guy was sweet enough to finally retrieve it for me. Wish I knew his name to rave about him. Mixed guy with the pretty eyes. Thank you! The girls at check in. Great attitude… Thank you! The waiters are slow like zombies it’s just sad. We will not be returning. Better service at the Dallas location.
