Let me start by saying this is our favorite restaurant to go to. We did the Omakase Experience at Top Sushi Rosenberg for Valentines Day weekend. This is a eight course menu that was for two. Most of the tastings came for each person so you have to bring an appetite. We didn’t eat much before our dinner and still had leftovers. Chef Jay, Jade, and the entire restaurant staff there did such a great job with the experience. The flavors were really amazing. No one thing tasted the same. I would totally recommend trying this it you can experience this. Thanks so much you made it a Happy Valentine’s Day weekend. We will be back again and again.

I’ve done the Omakase here three times, and every single experience has been incredible, each one completely unique. Chef Jay is truly exceptional, his talent and attention to detail really shine through in every course. The happy hour is always a great value, and the food never disappoints.
The Omakase is an absolute must-try experience. Don’t let the portions fool you, it’s a lot of food by the end. Pro tip! Take a few bites of each dish and pace yourself, because it’s a looong journey from start to finish. Every plate you can really feel the creativity and precision that goes into each bite.
As with any great restaurant, the experience is only as good as the service, and the team here nails it. Shoutout to the host Henna (miss you Sienna) for setting the tone the moment you walk in, and to the amazing servers Christine, Destiny, Jaylin (forgive me if I misspelled that!), and that one guy Kaleb.
And big shoutout to the OGs who keep the ship running Paul, Jade, and Jenny. You can tell the place runs smooth because of the foundation they’ve built.

Just okay. I’ve been here three times since they’ve opened. First time was just ok. Second time I gave it another chance and it was much better but too much sauce on the sushi. The third time it’s just ok. I don’t know what happened to their chefs but it’s different every time. The sushi rice was literally PACKED in so much making it very difficult to eat this past visit. Literally felt like choking trying to chew through it. The onions in the scallops were a bit pungent for me and it came out different than the last time I came. The happy hour pricing was decent. Fish quality is ok, color seemed a bit off.
I probably won’t come back anymore as every time we’ve gone, it taste different.

Food? Top tier. Owners? Even better, which absolutely makes a difference. Jade and Paul are the most welcoming people i have ever met. From the day i walked into their restaurant to now, almost a year later and having a personal relationship, i would recommend them and their establishment to any and every one every time. Each dish has heart and culture mixed in it. I have never left less than highly satisfied. 100000/10 if it was allowed.

We enjoyed our visit! We did the AYCE and all the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Thr servers were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has cute decor and is very clean. I think the pricing for the AYCE could be better. It doesn’t include the drink and other AYCE sushi restaurants tend to include the drink. I probably would not do the AYCE again, but I will come back for their happy hour! The crab puffs, jalepenos, and sushi rolls are delicious!

I’ve been to Top Sushi in Rosenberg twice now, and both times were fantastic. The sushi is absolutely delicious; fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their dishes. If you’re local to Rosenberg, this is hands down one of the best sushi spots in the area. I’ll definitely be going back again soon.

We have visited Top Sushi Rosenberg several times and experienced prompt and friendly service, delicious food, and a clean, beautiful atmosphere – Today, I had the Crab Puffs, Teriyaki Rib Eye, Chicken Fried Rice and ice cream sandwich – all delicious! Make sure to take advantage of reverse Happy Hour which starts at 9 PM. Highly recommend Top Sushi Rosenberg!

Had a really great experience here. The Jade roll awakened something in me. Was real chopped tellowtail, not the sketchy minced mix of who knows what. Could have stopped there if, I wasn’t such a glutton. It would have been a shame to miss out on anything they had, only being in town for a short time. Service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. 100% on my list when I come back. Happy hour prices really knocked this out of the park.
