The interior is so fun and the staff is so nice!
My friend and I got the premium hot pot all you can eat, super worth it. Tried a ton of different things, from absolutely delicious lamb skewers, scallops, beef tongue, bok choy and the sushi was really good. It’s really cool that they have a little bar where you can make your own custom sauce for dipping, also means you never really run out of sauce cuz you can always make some more! The hot Jasmine tea on a cold night was perfect. We even got these cute little cups of ice cream for dessert

Top Pot truly sets the standard for quality and service in Braintree. It’s the kind of place that feels like home, delivers incredible food every time, and deserves all the praise it gets.

Had lunch here and really enjoyed it! The hotpot and sushi was surprisingly delicious, and the ice cream was great too. Everything was fresh and the service was excellent. Will definitely come back!

Ate there last night, we chose the premium AYCA option. Has a great selection of premium meat for hotpot and sashimi options were amazing! Our server Alex was always checking up on us if we need to order more, making sure we weren’t too shy to be ordering. We also ordered salt and pepper mushroom, that was definitely my favorite!

Top Pot Braintree has quickly become one of my go-to spots for sushi and hotpot. The sushi is always fresh with great portions, and the hotpot options are flavorful with plenty of ingredients to choose from. The staff here is attentive, and the whole place feels clean, comfortable, and well-run. Whether you want a quick meal or a long sit-down dinner, this is a solid spot. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean AYCE hotpot resturant. The hotpot soup base is not included and will cost you $10+ on average. They have different AYCE tiers: regular and premium. I got the regular tier and the food selection was similar to other AYCE hotpot spots. All the meats, seafood, and veggies were very fresh. Sushi rolls were also included and they were great too!
The only complaints were that they didn’t replace the plates and they didn’t give additional napkins. Their soup base was also a bit lacking in flavor compared to some other places I’ve been to before.

For the past 2 years, this place has been one of my go-to spots for sushi and hotpot. Today, I went here for dinner with my boyfriend, expecting nothing less in terms of service and quality of food. However, today was different. We placed our first order of hotpot and sushi, and only received half of our order and one missing sushi roll. My boyfriend ordered a drink, and waited 25 minutes, in which the waitress responds with “the chef is preparing it,” but all he got was a Shirley Temple. While waiting his drink, we placed another order, and once again, we were missing sushi rolls that we ordered. We gave them time to bring out the missing sushi and drink, but after 30 minutes go by, we asked the waitress where our food and drink were. She then brought my boyfriend’s drink out after waiting ONE HOUR.
My boyfriend was very upset about this because they were not giving us the expected service that was once provided to us in the past. Respectfully so, he tipped below the suggested gratuity.
As we were walking out, the waitress chased behind him and suggested to him that his tip was “not enough,” although he was very dissatisfied. She was practically asking for more money. This is extremely unprofessional, as we believe that tipping is not only a form of respect, but also something that is deserved.

I can’t rave about this place enough. I have tried many hot pot places in the area ranging from Boston to Dartmouth and this is the BEST! The staff is always so kind and try’s their best to accommodate no matter how busy. The quality of the meats, seafood, veggies, and especially the sushi is always top notch. We have come here for lunch and dinner and will be back again. Thank you to the Top Pot team!

Top Pot, probably one of the TOP hotpot sushi places I would go. Went there a few times with friends. Had a really good experience with Alex. The day we went, the restaurant was really busy, and he still managed to serve us well, always checking back with us, making sure we had everything we needed. I would prefer to be served by Alex every time we go.
