We had the beer battered haddock fish fry. Excellent! I would recommend it . The batter was very flavorful and crispy. Not watery at all ! I had the Mac n cheese as a side and my partner had sweet potato fries …both were very good. Cole slaw was excellent too. Very reasonable price !

Our family stopped here for breakfast while visiting the area. The diner was friendly and busy on a Saturday morning. We were seated right away. The service was great and the whole menu looked delicious. We chose specials from the board and were VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was fantastic. We would highly recommend Top of the Morning. It was an ok place for lunch. We were there from a recommendation from our daughter for a fun bite for our anniversary. We got there and got a table and waited, our waitress seemed pretty busy as the restaurant was filling up. We got our drinks after a short wait and then ordered our meals. When we were done and ready to go we got our bill or at least I thought it was our bill, upon closer inspection it was indeed someone elses. I was honest and showed the other waitress at the register and she found ours. We paid and headed out. The other thing that I did notice was when we first arrived was they have outdoor seating and the tables had been used but not bussed ( cleared of food and plates/ dishes ) and when we left almost 1hr later they were still out there. It didn’t make a good impression for our first time, however the food was pretty tasty so give them a fair shake. I don’t know they could have been short handed on a Friday lunch rush.

Great little cafe with outstanding food and excellent service. Our waitress Bobbie was friendly and efficient. Our crew had the BLT, big club sandwich, an omlett, home fries and hash browns and everyone was very pleased with their meal. I’d definitely come back here again.

Crappies damn place I ever been to. Sat down at the bar. Had to get my own menu. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted coffee, I said yes. Few minutes later an older white gentleman comes and sits down beside me and he is immediately asked if he wanted a menu, he sad no but he’ll have coffee and his order is taken. By this time my coffee isn’t served yet and my order not taken and I had arrived and sat down at least 5min before this older WHITE gentleman. It looked to me like I was the only non-white there. 1st time there and don’t plan on ever going back…
