I have always thought that meal replacement shakes or protein shakes were ‘gimmicky’ until I came to Top Notch Nutrition. I went in for the first time and had no idea what to order and the owner explained what comes in each shake, different flavors they came in, and some suggestions. Because of how helpful and positive the experience was, I decided to go back today. The owner recognized me and asked how my first experience was! Most businesses rush customers in and out, but not here. I will definitely keep coming back here instead of spending my money on coffee and breakfast sandwiches!
