The only downside was the brisket—it was cut a bit too thick, which made it chewier than it should have been. That said, overall we were very satisfied with the experience.
I really wish I knew our server’s name—he was a short Asian man and absolutely amazing. His service made the meal even better.
We went as a group (5 people), and honestly the food and service just weren’t good enough for the price and all the rules they have.
First issue: they make you choose between hot pot (soup) or Korean BBQ (grill), BUT if two people at the same table want different options, they try to charge an extra $5 like you’re going to “steal food.” That doesn’t make sense to me. If I’m only ordering hot pot, that’s all I should pay for — not extra because someone else is ordering something different.
Second issue: they bring food out on these huge round plates over and over, and the table is already small. With five people, there was no room because the plates kept piling up.
Also, the person bringing the food barely spoke English, so communication was really hard. And what made it worse is they don’t clear the table unless you ask them. The only thing they consistently checked on was whether we needed the grill changed to avoid smoke. Otherwise, you’re sitting there surrounded by dirty plates and clutter.
And honestly, it feels like that’s because the gratuity is already included, so the service is just… not attentive.
Now for the food:
The shrimp was salty
The short ribs were tough and chewy, no matter how long they cooked
The fried rice was inconsistent — the first batch was good, the second batch had too many onions and no flavor
The wings were okay (hard to mess those up)
The donuts were disappointing — too much sugar, and the second batch was hot but still doughy/undercooked
They give you a two-hour window and it’s all-you-can-eat, but that doesn’t matter if the quality isn’t there.
Overall, I wouldn’t go back. Too many rules and extra charges, mediocre food, and you have to basically beg for basic table service.
An all you can eat Korean restaurant. Servers were attentive and kept our grill replaced and food coming. The food was very flavorful with lots of meat options and many imitation crab stylings. The sauce bar was great and had some finger foods like fried chicken wings and kimchi along with a few desserts. Overall a filling and fun evening.
The sauces were on point, and the staff kept everything coming fast. Great vibe too — fun, cozy, and perfect for hanging out with friends. Totally worth the price, and I’m already planning my next visit!
A huge shoutout to our server, Ashanti, who provided exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout our visit. Her professionalism and warmth truly elevated the experience.
Amazing food, outstanding service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
The only thing my family spoke about was the dirty floors, very greasy & the non-skid things were coming off, making it hard to walk in some areas.
