Went in to the bar just to grab a drink or two in my way home, but stayed for more because the service was great! Mel took care of me, she was genuine, and very friendly! She recommended a Mexican candy shot that turned out to be delicious. Also the atmosphere was great the place had a good vibe! I will definitely be making my way back.

This place is hit and miss,depends on what youre looking for? The Instagram pictures are nice but when you walk in, its nothing like their IG . No food but cold beer, no AC but a swamp cooler. Its warm and humid which makes you more thirsty. Seems like a hangout spot for local highschool grads and gossip. The times I stopped by , it was 2 beers for me and I leave.

For your information i got banned from that bars. Reason why. In 3 week ago i bring my deaf friend. His first time ti visit to see top dog. We have good time with Bartender and some how that my deaf friend was resting”little nap. And my drink is almost done. The security guy name is topu he is very disrespectful. He take my deaf friend carry him out with no communication ” kick him out”. And also he told me to me leave out. I already knew that he have issues with me in past. So my deaf friend get hurt from other person name Austin. And topu let it happen. My deaf friend in the hospital for 4 days it because its topu fault my deaf friend is almost to died. He is over 45 years old .. and police barstow come by and try to communicate with deaf people alike me. No communication at all. No interpreter at all My deaf friend his arm get broke by police dept. And the topdog the manager name jen she wont listen because topu that her nephew topu working for security guard so my deaf friend and i feel that topdog used deaf discrimination to us my deaf friend going to sue topdog for deaf discrimination i would say for any body need stop to topdog for deaf discrimination and need fired that security guard topu.

This bar is definitely an upgrade from the old Hooz. The atmosphere completely changed and I think the quality of service and the staff greatly improved. I just wish they had a fully operational kitchen. Keep going!
