Food poisoned us with below rare steak 3 times when we asked for medium rare. We’re both at home throwing up in case the manager would like to know. Service took forever. When he did bring us water it was spilled and then served to us anyway. We asked for mixed drinks that were a ball of sugar when I specifically asked mine not to have sugar. The bus boy Stuck his finger in my food so I asked him not to touch the other steak plate and just bring us a box to take it home. He then grabs the other steak plate with his unwashed hands anyway along with our full side of asparagus. The manager is a young girl who did not address the issue and kept mis-speaking as if she didn’t listen to a word I said. To top it off, they attempted to make me pay for and take home Steak and asparagus that the bus boy stuck his unwashed hands in. I have been here once before and did not have an issue. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fine dining restaurant. I will be reporting this place to the food and safety administration at the very least.
Response: As everyone can see you will never be treated fairly in this restaurant. They will always take the side of their money and not their customers! I’ve never had to pay to be poisoned at any restaurant. What a joke. No one wants to goto any of your poorly managed so called “fine dining” restaurants.
Also, thanks for clarifying that you think someone can stick their fingers in raw steak that I put my used fork into and then touch asparagus. Apparently to this unidentified “owner” that is not cross contamination. I guess we should all rub raw steaks on our vegetables.
And to your Inconsistencies apparently in my story, food Bourne illness happens between 30 minutes to days to completely set in. 45 minute drive home I’d say is accurate. Keep fighting your customers.
To start, we had the Jumbo Lump Crab meat, it had large pieces of crab & incl 3 delicious sauces. Next we had the crab bisque, I thought it was a little spicy but it was still good. For entrees the waiter talked my husband into the Wagyu special for $119. I ordered the Filet. My husband likes his steak medium & I asked for my steak to be cooked Med/Well. When the entrees’s came to the table some other wait staff brought them out. We cut into them & they were BOTH Rare. I hate to be “that” person but I had to send my steak back. Our waiter was no where to be found. Finally the manger came by our table to ask how our food was where I explained that my steak came out not cooked the way I ordered it. She was apologetic & brought it back to the kitchen. A couple minutes later she brought it back but it was still rare in the middle. I finally saw our waiter, I made eye contact w/him but he walked right by our table! I saw the mgr again & grabbed her attention & ask to send the steak back again. When she came back this time my plate was piping hot, steak was well done but dry as a bone. It seemed like someone microwaved it. I was pretty disappointed that I wasn’t able to enjoy my filet bec it was so dry.
When our waiter finally came to ask us if we were finished my husband & I were so over the place & ready to leave.
For a top notch steakhouse it’s pretty disappointing they couldn’t get the steaks right.
For 2 ppl, 1 appetizer, 2 soups, 1 wagyu “special”, 1 filet & no alcoholic drinks =$310.
