No waiting to be seated. Our food came fast, hot and tasty. Happy hour prices are affordable. Enjoyed the strawberry margarita! It was made perfect.

I had a great experience at Top Crab in Savannah, GA! I ordered the Low Country Boil and it was absolutely delicious — the seafood was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere had a really fun vibe and made it easy to just relax and enjoy the meal.
Our server, Trey, was friendly, attentive, and very fast. He checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The service honestly made the visit even better.
Overall, great food, great service, and a great environment. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Top Crab to anyone craving seafood in Savannah!

This place is the him-diggity of seafood restaurants! The service was absolved fabulous with Lex as our waitress providing excellent service! We ordered the Fried Catfish with Onion Rings & fried Rangoon all of which was scrumptious! The fish, once it touched your mouth was letting you know it was going to be exceptional, and it was! It was tender and juicy as well as flaky ♥️ Fantastic place to eat!

Food was good. Garlic Butter sauce was delicious but the Cajun sauce was spectacular!!! Typically I’d get 2 clusters of crab legs but on this occasion I only got 1 cluster so I felt very cheated!!!! However, the food was fresh and delicious. The wings were ok.

I wish that the clue from the policeman outside of the restaurant clicked faster for me. There was a lot of people waiting to get in so that was my focus thinking that this must be a really good place. (it was graduation) It is like a Mr. and Mrs. crab down in Florida, however their environment at Mr. and Mr. Crab is better. This place had overly obnoxious loud music, booming out of the speakers over our heads. all of the waitresses were the same. . The restaurant was very crowded and chaotic. It was just not an environment we enjoyed or would go to again. All of the guests from my party had PTSD and nobody wanted to hear a single sound for the rest of the night. we were all overwhelmed at the environment and overstimulated.

All the staff was super attentive and friendly. But the food!!! I haven’t seen oysters that big and fresh in YEARS including other places in Savannah ). I also got a 1/2 of the crawfish boil. I’ll be honest, it was a new experience for me getting seafood in a bag, but I ordered medium and the seafood was tender, and the seasoning very nice! And the prices are extremely reasonable. The only off putting things were the signs at the door warning you to watch your belongings, and how it wasn’t the establishments responsibility if you left them behind (seems obvious, but I assume there must’ve been some incidents). Oh! And I really wish they had oyster forks, they only have me plastic ones. Other than that, I had a fantastic time, and will look forward to visiting again when I come back to Savannah!!

Rude Waitress. Did not enter food as I ordered it. General Manager only gave me 10% off. Just bad Service. I had a table of 8 people. And was treating people who came from out of town expecting Southern Hospitality.

We waited 20 mins before the server even came to the table. We were a big party of 15 so we waited about 45 mins to get our food. Then my mom food never came. The kitchen just didn’t make it. She had to wait another 5-10 mins to get her food and the manager would not comp or offer at least 50% off. Saying she can only do 20% at the most. That is horrible customer service especially when you’re already adding a 18% gratuity.

We visited a few days ago and were served by Lexx. She’s a great server, super enthusiastic and welcoming! In addition, to great serve, the seafood was also top flight. Can highly recommend Top Crab in Savannah and if you can get on one of Lexx’s tables, all the better!

Do not play when ordering drinks. Happy hour Long Island Ice Tea was mixed to perfection nice and strong. Server Diamond “Dime” was great. Did not worry but was there with perfect timing. Tues. Night 6 pm ish . No loud noise or music. Oysters fresh, nice size and tasty. Fish and shrimp moist and tender, enough for another meal the next day. I will eat hear every visit.
