I’ve been to this North Augusta location twice, 1st thank you for bringing a fine dine restaurant here. Each visit my server has been Ms. Peaches she is THE BEST she remembered the juice I swapped out in a drink, always just a ball of great energy and she is so nice the whole staff from the time you walk in the door. The food OMG sooooo fresh, hot and delicious my daughter ordered her wings a different way I tasted them and they were amazing . I love this place and will definitely be back many many times.

Visited during grand opening week on Thursday 10/9/25 and I’m hooked already lol. We went right at 12noon & were let in promptly on time by a welcoming manager and host staff. Everything was new, bright, clean, up to date. Great music was playing in the background. Our server (AK) was EXCELLENT! The food was so good I cant wait to go back. The lunch menu has boils as low as $5.69!!! Run there (not walk). Mad Love from The Pink Building!

Me and my mom came to “Top Crab” in North Augusta, for the first time at this location. And I MUST SAY, that our server KELON aka KELON-PIE WAS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! He’s very energetic and polite and such a gentleman. He always left us with an “My Pleasure” after each service given!! He’s very energetic made sure me and my mom were greatly taken care of!! It was definitely a pleasurable service having him as our server!! I haven’t experienced this kind of service in years!! He DESERVES 10 STARS IF YOU ASK ME!! And A PROMOTION!! Good help is hard to find nowadays and he has shown OUTSTANDING CHARACTER!! It was definitely worth the drive from the woods of Hephzibah!!!! Was visiting the area, leaving Ross when I noticed the entire Top Crab staff was outside handing out bags of sausage boils before they even opened—a gesture you don’t see often. The food was great and the portions were generous.
I’d never heard of Top Crab before today and I’m not sure if this was part of a grand opening or a special event, but the way they showed love to the people the day before Thanksgiving really stood out. Because of that alone, I’ll definitely be back.

A fantastic time! The food was delicious (and plentiful). My spouse and I both got the low-country boil with appetizers and a mixed drink. Our server Glendasia (hope im spelling that right) was wonderful, attentive, and prompt. Overall I highly recommend this place. Ideal for a nice meal and good atmosphere to cap off a rough week! And the early happy hour is an excellent choice!

My wife and I stopped by today after a few hours of shopping. We have been waiting for this location to open so perfect timing indeed. We were seated very fast even with some traffic. Our waitress was “AK”. Listen, I am usually quiet and just want to eat my food and go, but AK was super attentive. She checked on our table multiple times but not enough to annoy us lol She was super kind and her vibe was just very much positive. She shared a joke with my wife and that made her feel good because she’s very social. She helped me decide on one of two dishes so we got both.and it was delicious and hot. It’s always good to have a waitress who makes you feel happy about choosing a restaurant. I train on Customer Service for a living and AK was spot on and her personality was a BONUS. You guys have an asset to your company and I wish her a blessed journey in life. Thank you for having such amazing staff. We will be back.

This was the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had in a very very long time. Kelon, made sure that I was his first priority. He has a very nice smile and was very easy to talk with. He came back to check on my table to make sure that the food was to my satisfaction.
From the seating to the server from the food to the check everything was outstanding.

We were only in town for a week for work but we made sure to go to this place more than once. Very friendly service and GREAT seafood boils. I love crab and this place has a great crab boil. Good selection of drinks and a lively bar area also. I would highly recommend.
