Spacious dining areas with self serve stations were available that included banchans, soups, sauces, desserts (jello and ice cream) and utensils. Self serve stations were well stocked at all times and clean.
Service was attentive. I can’t recall our server’s name but he took care of the entire extra dining room section by himself and managed it well. Kudos to him! There’s a table barcode that had to be scanned to order, and everything arrived at the table quickly.
Some proteins tasted better than others, whether it was flavor or quality. Afterall, it is an AYCE, so high quality was not expected. However, for the prices of each tier, it is definitely affordable.
The only thing I disliked was the restroom. It was quite dirty.
They had a variety of good tasting meat to choose from. There was also a salad bar with various side dishes, sauces, soups, and food items. The only thing is that the hot food items such as fried food and tofu soup were cool, not hot, so they didn’t taste very good. They also didn’t have ponzu sauce.
* Marinated Boneless Short Ribs 5/5 – Very tender and flavorful, my favorite, just don’t cook it too long as it burns really quickly.
* LA Short Ribs 5/5 – Very good and flavorful.
* Blade Steak 3.5/5 – Good at first, can be a bit dry.
* Beef Rib Fingers 4/5 – Nice mix of meat and fattiness, chewier texture.
* Brisket 4/5 – Pretty good.
* Squid 4/5 – Pretty good, spicy, nice texture.
Parking: There’s a large parking lot, so finding a spot is easy.
Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space with plenty of seating! Perfect for groups of all sizes. I like how the sides bar is clean and organized. The sides bar is in the middle of the restaurant. Everything is labeled. We visited right when they opened and were seated immediately. It became more busy during their dinner rush. They also have a photo booth and claw machines next door. This is a really fun idea while waiting for your table or after you dine.
Service: Everyone was courteous, attentive, quick & efficient! Top notch service. Empty plates were constantly removed. We were checked on multiple times, which was really appreciated. We ordered meats through the website by scanning the QR code provided. It was really easy to navigate through. I like the sides bar, so we can fill up on the potato salad without feeling guilty hehe.
Meats & sides: The sides bar had unique banchan like fried rice, vegetable noodles, fried chicken and more. Just wished they had macaroni salad. There’s three AYCE options, and we went with the Prime Dinner option. All the meats were absolutely mouthwatering! Don’t forget complimentary ice cream at the end! There’s an ice cream machine with chocolate, swirl, or vanilla. Cones are provided.
1. Ox small intestine
2. Boneless beef rib fingers
3. Signature seasoned sirloin steak
4. Butchers top blade
5. Curry rub pork belly
6. Classic brisket
7. Premium beef belly
8. Soybean paste stew
Pricing: Definitely worth it! We left fulfilled and satisfied!
My favorite meats here are the Choice Beef Tongue, Top Choice Brisket, and Choice LA Short Rib. They have a really nice salad bar with banchan (especially love the kimchi and japchae) and a soft serve machine with ice cream cones!
Parking is always easy since it’s located in a large plaza. Each time I’ve gone, there’s been a wait since it’s really popular, so come early if you can! I was surprised at how great the service has been. Despite how crowded it always is, the servers are really good about refilling water and removing finished plates, which I really appreciated. Definitely an awesome spot to check out if you like KBBQ for a great price!
We came for the Happy Hour deal after seeing it blow up on social media and thought it was definitely worth it. The items on the Happy Hour menu were pretty decent considering my friends and I only eat the brisket and bulgogi.
What makes this place stand out from all the other KBBQ restaurants is definitely their unlimited all-you-can-eat banchan bar. They quite literally have every Korean side dish you can think of and at very high quality. My friends found the banchan dishes to actually be a lot better than the meat.
Our waiter and servers were nice and friendly. We enjoyed our experience, but would probably only come back for the banchan bar. They’re located in a plaza so there’s plenty of parking.
Highly recommend giving them a try if you’re interested! 🙂
