The staff were really friendly, which is why I’d rate any stars. The food was just ok. My burger didn’t have any seasoning. The concerning thing was blatant disregard for food safety. The employee wearing gloves was touching people, the microwave, finished food, etc. without changing gloves. The one that wasn’t wearing gloves was touching everything and coughing without washing her hands. The kitchen was not clean. I won’t go back, which is sad because I love a good vintage diner.

If you’re looking for a place that serves up comfort, history, and great food all in one, Tootie’s is the real deal. This local gem has been around since 1945, and it’s easy to see why—it’s the kind of place that keeps people coming back for generations. We’re big fans of their breakfast offerings—always hearty, delicious, and served with that small-town charm you just don’t find everywhere. Their burgers and hot dogs are classics too—simple, flavorful, and done right. It’s the kind of food that feels both familiar and special at the same time. There’s something comforting about a place that’s stood the test of time, and Tootie’s has done just that with good food, friendly faces, and a down-home atmosphere. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is a must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates honest cooking done with care. Highly recommended for casual breakfasts, laid-back lunches, or a nostalgic bite that brings you back. Tootie’s is a true local treasure.

Incredible food and service! As someone who misses good biscuits and gravy since moving from Utah, I was blown away. The burger was also amazing, and the Southern hospitality was off the charts. Best meal I’ve had in months, made my week!

My boyfriend and I finally got to eat here and I’m so glad we did! The burger had that classic taste and the onion rings were delicious. The ladies working were so sweet and welcoming. We will be back.

My wife and I have gone out of our way to visit Tootie’s twice over the he past year while vacationing in the area. We had dinner there once and most recently went for ice cream. My wife enjoyed a rootbeer float and I loved the Black Cherry Ice Cream. Great prices at a cute local spot. I highly recommend it!
