Tony is smiley, friendly, but boy does Tony cut every corner he can.
I ordered 4 Lengua tacos for my fiancée and a lengua burrito for myself.
Speed of service was very quick, but I found out why. Every ingredient is the most lazily prepared I have ever seen at a taco truck.
Lettuce was made of spring mix bag- with carrot and red cabbage shreds barely picked out. Tomato slices were HUGE. Large chunks of onion in my fiancée tacos as well. You shouldn’t have to pick stuff out of food if it’s too big like that.
The burrito was NOT wrapped!!! Im a white boy who doesn’t own a taco truck and I know how to wrap a burrito. It had no rice or beans. Too much sour cream and barely any meat. Every other bite was either a huge glob of sour cream, unchopped cilantro, or lettuce.
I called about the rice because I was left very unsatisfied. He told me he ran out of rice. I let him know I would’ve liked to know before recieving a burrito without it and would’ve ordered something else. He begrudgingly offered me tacos or something else for tomorrow.
I am declining that offer- because I want good food.
