Tony’s is a great restaurant, with amazing food and fantastic service. The bento box I had was awesome. My wife had chicken fried rice which was out of this world. Logan was our waiter today and he was a truly incredible server. He was all over my wife’s food allergies and was very helpful with options. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Came in for lunch with a friend after not being here in 5+ years and honestly they still are the best sushi in Ocala! Louie was our server and he was as beyond great! Thanks buddy! We had 7 different rolls and while mine were all with diet restrictions, they tasted amazingly! My friend also had a Watermelon drink which she loved and is looking to replicate it at home!

We dropped by Tony’s Sushi in Ocala last weekend and really enjoyed it! The place was packed, which says a lot. I tried the “G”Roll and Crimi Roll—both were super fresh and packed with flavor, especially the Crimi, with its perfect crunch. I also asked for a custom rice and spicy tuna appetizer, and they nailed it—spicy, savory, and just the right kick to start things off. Service was fast and friendly despite the crowd. Prices felt fair for the quality, though I’d love to see even more unique rolls on the menu. Solid spot for sushi lovers in Ocala—definitely recommend giving it a go!

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over a decade and have brought countless friends and family here over the years. I’ve also worked in the service industry myself, so I’m very patient and usually always tip well. Unfortunately, this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had at this location.
Our server, Alyse (red hair), completely messed up my sushi roll despite clear instructions. When the roll came out wrong, she showed no care or concern — no apology, no check-in, and no offer to have it remade, even though she clearly knew it was incorrect. I pushed the roll to the side to show I was unsatisfied, and instead of addressing it, she repeatedly walked past our table faster and faster as if trying to avoid us.
Toward the end of the meal, we asked for extra sauces to go. I understand if there’s a charge, but being told it was $1 per cup felt excessive. I asked if I could instead purchase a larger container (which I’ve done here before) along with an extra empty cup since my mom is in a different city. She rolled her eyes, walked away, came back with the wrong amount of sauce, and essentially threw it on the table. She also snatched one of the cups back with an obvious attitude.
I had no issue paying for the sauce — the issue was the attitude, lack of listening, and complete disregard for basic customer service. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially from a restaurant I’ve supported and recommended for years.

Waitresses have all been so outgoing and sweet! The food is great!!! Sushi is yesss!!! There is also a hibachi seating area to watch the chefs! We’ve only sat at the tables and of the restaurant. It’s a clean place and great vibe.

I’m skeptical of anyone named “Tony” to be in the sushi business. Tony sounds like the New Yorker or New Jersey guy who runs a pizza joint. But yeah. Believe the five star reviews. The food was amazing and so was the service.

This was such a pleasant experience eating here. Our waitress Alyse was such a delight! She was very attentive and extremely polite the entire time. The food here was absolutely amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
