If you’re in Oceanside, this place is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the service was top notch. The owner, Tony, is incredibly friendly and genuinely likable — the kind of person who makes you feel welcome right away.
The food was fantastic. We split the tacos, which were fresh and full of flavor, and the homemade salsa was outstanding. You can really taste the care and quality in everything they serve. Nothing feels rushed or generic — everything is specially made with attention to detail.
And the margarita? Easily one of the best I’ve had. It was unique, incredibly smooth, and made with a different type of tequila that really set it apart.
What stood out most was how much they truly care about their customers. The whole experience felt warm and personal — like being treated as family. If I lived here, I’d be coming all the time.

Totally recommend Tony’s if for nothing else, the Bloody Mary. They are not kidding, it’s the best. Not only the homemade mix, the homemade rim “tahin” (with citrus) but the included additional shot of vodka and Mix to ensure the 2nd half tastes as good as the first. Breakfast burrito was excellent, just the right ration of ingredients and Anthony (bartender, waiter, host) was fun and engaging. Will definitely be back.

I watched as the bartender turned the jukebox into his private dj system actively skipping songs customers were paying to play and attempting to publicly shame them.
Its one of the grossest displays of questionable authority i have seen displayed in public restaurant.
I will no longer be coming to this location and will actively warn others that it is a waste of their hard earned money.
Almost as bad as watching Mc Donald’s managers throw food at staff and yell at customers.

We cannot say enough about how impressed we were by the whole experience we had here as we just happened to stumble upon this location by chance and we were so glad that we did! We’re in the area visiting family, parked near the marina to check on some fishing opportunities then stopped in for a quick drink which turned into a very memorable visit and the best Bloody Mary Young Tony is a natural host and immediately was warm and welcoming which was evident in seeing the personal interactions amongst him and his customers. We were especially impressed with his ability to go out onto the street and approach potential customers in such a friendly way, he’s got a natural talent for drumming up sales and then delivering the product and service that make it worth the visit – thanks Tony, Dave and I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing you again soon!!

This was always a bar we love to visit when in Oceanside and staying by harbor. Always was fun atmosphere drinks amazing. This time around place definitely made me feel like a tourist more . Service was not that great definitely could have got more money out of us we left to get drinks next door if you were not a local that bartenders knew took forever to get drinks . My husband and I still didn’t want to give up on spot we been going to for years when on vacation so we tried one more time before we left went in for drinks and watch Padres game I say Danica was the best server super friendly talked to us made us feel welcome and made sure we were not on empty. She made amazing shots and was so bubbly and sweet would definitely stop in if she’s behind the bar .
