Do not eat here! There’s new owners and they do not care! I ordered a meat lovers pizza and instead of making a fresh slice with pepperoni and the meat lovers. She proceeded to use a piece of pepperoni pizza that was already sitting out and cooked then sprinkled meat and cheese and then placed it in the oven and gaslit me and told me it was fresh.

The stromboli was amazing! Great pepperoni and cheese. It was also huge so it was 2 meals. Good quality. My husband got the Italian sub and raved about it. Quality ingredients and wonderful dough. Only 2 small tables, best for takeout.

Tony’s pizza has become a staple in my family’s dinner line-up. Over the last 2 months we’ve eaten there at least 4 times. My kids and husband love the BBQ chicken pizza. It’s made perfectly every time. Their salads are delicious although there is some inconsistencies depending on who makes them. We have gotten house salads that were brimming over with toppings and a beauty to behold, while other salads left us trying to figure out if they forgot to finish making it. The Italian salads have been almost flawless and are full of delicious ingredients and the ranch dressing is wonderful. Tony’s pizza does a great job of reading special requests left with online orders and customer service is superb. While we have had a few mishaps with a few items, this place has won our seal of approval. My family loves getting takeout from here as a special treat. Prices are reasonable, especially in today’s economy. Thank you Tony’s for Excellent food and service.

This was our first time ordering here. My husband got Alfredo pizza. The Alfredo sauce was good. He tasted hints of cinnamon on some parts of the pizza so I guess it was prepared in the same spot as their cinnamon dessert. We got garlic cheese bread and the garlic butter was good, but there was barely any cheese. One side of the bread didn’t have any cheese at all. I got an Italian salad and lasagna, and the salad was good – fresh lettuce and toppings, big portions. The lasagna was alright. I wasn’t a huge fan of the sauce but it wasn’t terrible. It was a large portion so that was nice. On the site, it said pasta came with garlic knots, but I didn’t receive any so I can’t review those.

This place was an extremely HAPPY accidental find. The slices are HUGE and the lunch special is great! Both of the employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will most DEFINITELY be back to eat and grab the occasional pizza from here. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a Stromboli and it had sauce inside of it instead of on the side. It’s just like a hot pocket 🙁 When I called the place to straighten it out the gentleman argued with me and hung up the phone. The Stromboli is soggy and I will never reorder from here. Terrible experience!

Everyone at work told me I had to go get their 2 slices and a drink lunch. So I did. I think the girls name was Megan, and she was super nice. She made me 2 slices with pepperoni. I got my drink, talked to her for a minute and left. I didn’t even make it back to work before the box was open. It smelled heavenly. I tried the crust, and it was the way it should be. Light and crispy. Great crunch. The sauce was full of flavor and delicious. Lots of pepperoni danced on the cheese. I can’t wait to get food from here again

So keeping in mind it was the day after Christmas and therefore I’m sure they weren’t anticipating that much business to come through. They were offering a great special which was 2 slices and a 20oz for $6.39. They only had 1 pepperoni pizza ready at the time and we opted to take or slices from that instead of ordering a different kind, which would have been fresher but we’d have had to wait. The score is for the overall taste of the pizza, which wasn’t very memorable. It looked good, but overall was disappointing and not very hot. Other points to keep in mind, this is not a sit down kind of pizza shop, more order and go. There is one table with two chairs inside, if you just have to eat inside. The gentleman at the counter was friendly.

I googled pizza places in Statesville and saw this one listed..I read reviews and viewed photos. The photos looked good so today I thought I drive 55 minutes one way to give it a try.
First of all the places was clean, the employee was very friendly and helpful. Guess the power or manager guy was doing the cooking.
I ordered a medium pep and cheese with special request to put the pep under the cheese.
I picked up my Togo order and headed back home. Have the pizza a chance to cool off as it was piping hot , is smelled good. The pizza was very good and so was the crust. The sauce was one of the better ones I have tried. No complaints and well worth the 2 hour drive to try it. I will definitely be back.
Give them a try, no disappointments here.
