I really enjoyed eating here. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and it felt like a place you could actually relax and take your time. The food was amazing:-) everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and honestly just comforting in the best way. The prices were fair, especially for how filling and well-made the dishes were, which was a nice surprise. The service was also great; everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for good Italian food and welcoming staff. The rosemary bread is a favorite!

Went in with a friend for lunch and have never been there before. We ordered a large pie to split. Oh my goodness, it was incredible. It was exactly how I liked it, thin crust crispy on the bottom, and the sauce was right on point. Christina was or severe, and she is the Best!!

I went in March 3rd 2025 for 2 slices to go. I get home and there is a nasty smell when i open the bag and all black plastic looking shiny charred pieces of black under the pizza on the plate and a few on top in the cheese. I’m not sure what ut was. It seemed plastic and was hard and shiny. Not like reg black char would be. I took a bite and it tasted grossly burnt and whatever it was. I don’t frequent here and just came back to give another shot.
I have eaten/dined here in the past and no issues. I was told by a nice lady to speak to the manager. It was a spanish guy and i showed him the pictures and the bank charge. He told me sorry and looked at it and said it wasn’t plastic. I said I’m just wanting to let you know incase it was something in the oven or a handle from something they use, whatever. He said there was nothing he could do and he would have to talk with his boss and next time i come in . Lol never asked me my name, number etc , or offered to give me 2 free pcs tonight.
Which I was more looking to make them aware so it doesn’t happen again etc. I’m not going to go broke over $6, but it’s the point..So him as a supposed manager he can’t do anything ? Makes no sense to have a manager then. The waitress Christine who i saw in other reviews said well next time call or come in because from that long ago there’s not much we can do. I thought to myself, Wait are you the manager or is the Spanish guy?? As a customer service manager at HomeDepot I wouldn’t have treated the situation like they did.
They should have just offered me 2 free slices and I woulda just paid for my drink.. Myself I would have just offered the 2 slices and the drink which came to $8 and change..
Also Christine seemed irritated that she was carrying a large tray with about 6 entrées on it saying to the other waitress I needed help lifting etc. That she woulda dropped all the entrées with a snarky attitude. Maybe don’t pick up a tray as big as you are then and bring out a smaller more manageable tray and make 2 trips.
The lady who helped me was polite and apologized and said she hopes this pizza is better this time and have a good night. She has better managerial skills then the supposed manager and Christine. Won’t be coming back here. The pizza is average. And i can go to the many other places and support local businesses..

Every time I’ve come here I’ve had an issue. I used to be a regular customer and now I maybe order once a month. today was the last time. I sat and watched as my pizza sat on top of the oven while I was waiting for the rest of my order only one more item, no big deal until FIFTEEN minutes later I’m still sitting there waiting. The irony is I get a text 10 min prior saying my order is ready while I’m sitting there waiting. And what a shock I come home and my pizza is soggy and inedible because it sat for so long. You guys used to be the best pizza place in Toms River. So disappointing.

Shame on this place, I don’t recommend it. My poor daughter gets there to cut a cake for my granddaughter, ordered 2 Pizza pies and large frys because she didn’t want to get drinks cause all the kids had there drinks, the owner told her she couldn’t be there if they didn’t order two slices per kids and drinks I’m not sure if it was the owner or the person that works there, but the whole place was empty. I will start by saying we used order large a pepperoni once or twice a week, because it will never happen again after my experience with Christine or Christina I was to upset to remeber the name . I ordered over the phone but happened to be in the parking lot with two kids . I asked if I can pay over the phone so I can just run in grab and leave . I was told no you can only pay in advance for delivery . My husband told me he does it all the time but whatever. We get there my daughter wants to use the bathroom Christina happen to be sitting on the side tables but I didn’t know she worked there she was on her phone texting I thought it was a customer I walk passed her she don’t look up and when Iam about to go in the bathroom she yells can I help you ! I told her I ordered a pizza and my daughter needed to use the bathroom. The pizza comes out and now my daughter is having a full blown tantrum because she wants to eat there. My son wants to got home they are both upset. I was like ok let’s have one slice here and then we go . I sat them at the side table by the bathroom grabbed two plates that were out in the open and gave them each a slice . Christine /christina comes to us and say you can’t just grab plates and serve your self you have to be serve by waiter . And I explained that this was why I wanted to pay ahead of time. My son is autism my daughter is 3 they saw me struggling with them and then to have her approach me in such a rude manner !! I was beyond upset . I made my kids grab their slices and leave . I was so annoyed had she approved us nicely or more understanding and explained but she was just nasty .. will never order from there again !

I have been coming here for years. In the past few years, my husband and I have been going every Friday night. The specials are amazing. I’ve tried something new every week and have never been disappointed. The service is wonderful. Every week we visit Vinnie and she always remembers what we like. I walk in and order 1 pie to go. The guy tells me 15 minutes. I walk back in 15 minutes later, pay, and the guy tells me a couple more minutes. AND THEN I SEE HIM PUT THE PIE IN THE OVEN. AFTER 15 MINUTES. He takes it out 12 minutes later totally unfinished. If he would have told me 25 minutes, I would have waited. I didn’t insult anyone. I told the guy that this was my new favorite place. HA! Last time I ever go. What happened?
