Havnt been in a long time and was soo excited. The food used to be good but recv’d burnt hard as a rock cold garlic knots. Pizza was also ice cold and did not have extra bbq sauce on my bbq chicken like I asked which left it extremely dry. Cold burnt food, very sad after spending your money on this. Clearly not managed well and pizzas not kept warm. Many better places in Naples around the same price, try somewhere else!

I have eaten a lot of Pizza in my life lived in Chicago Miami new York Toronto Europe and let me tell you this is one of the top five pizzas I have ever eaten at and definitely the best in Naples. I was greeted by a really nice hostess who took our orders and we were only there for the two slice and soda lunch combo. I felt as if I was treated like we were at a fine restaurant. Not only that but everyone that walked in seemed to be greeted very friendly and shared previous stories with the hostess and chef which can only mean that they have many regulars. I’m definitely going to be coming back to this place. I have read some of the other reviews and I can’t understand any of the negative things that I read. $10 for two huge slices that pretty much are four slices anywhere else and a soda you can’t beat that. I got the meat lovers on one slice and the other slice they had some kind of vegetable mix with chicken but it was very good. What I was more impressed about was the crust. The sauces amazing as well but the crust.. man!! it was. Perfect crispynot burnt and it had a taste of its own. Maybe someone else was cooking on the night of some of these bad reviews and pictures but I’m telling you I’ve never had a pizza that good in Naples

I live close by, was excited when the opened thinking we would have NY style pizza close by. Every time I have ordered, they burn the pizza. I give it like 6 months and try again, only to get the same thing. I called to complain and the girl says, we don’t burn our pizza, I don’t know how yours would be burnt….. rude. This time I’m taking it back!
Follow up, I brought the pizza back. The guy told me, “if you want it lightly cooked you have to ask for it”. He told me mine was a “well cooked pizza” and if I wanted another one, he would be happy to make me one but I would have to pay for it. The girl just looked embarrassed, they had already made me a new pizza, which btw still was black on the bottom. Never again.

We found this pizza place on Google after a day at the beach to grab something quick. We hadn’t heard great things about Pizza in general in Naples, especially being from CT the pizza capital of USA! Let me tell you, Tony’s N.Y. Pizza was a great pizza! We ordered a Medium Meatball, Ricotta with extra sauce, and a garden salad. We ate it so fast I forgot to take pics. The salad came in a regular large ‘to go’ container but was so packed 4 of us shared it & had some left over… we ordered 3 different dressings, they were all so good they tasted ‘in house made” all of us east coast Italians were impressed by the pie!! Delicious sauce, great crust, lots of toppings… I come down a few times a year, I can’t wait to eat there again!!!

You know how sometimes you grab the Parmesan to make it better, nope none of that here. Holly and Jason make an INCREDIBLE pizza. I had a pepperoni slice that was flavorful with plenty of character to it thinking that was good I decided to try a white pizza and oh man it was even better hahah the heby taste and difference of the mozzarella and burrata was amazing. Thanks Jason for a great meal & Holly for the amazing service. A must try.

Yikes! I’m so pleasantly surprised. We decided to stop in and try the pizza for lunch. I’m usually a deep dish fan from the upper Midwest, but this thing style was a sweet surprise. It’s delicious! Cooked properly and really tasty. Not dry or overly saucy. Just right. On top of that the owners, Jason and Maria were a joy to talk to. Great to see.

If you’re looking for real New York–style pizza in Naples, Tony’s Pizza is the place. We live in Texas, but after finding this spot, we made sure to come back multiple times during our stay — it’s that good.
The pizza is absolutely top-tier: perfect crust, great sauce, and that authentic NY flavor you just can’t fake. Jason truly makes the best real New York pizza.
On top of the amazing food, Holly provided outstanding customer service — friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better.
Tony’s Pizza is a must-stop anytime we’re in Naples, and we’ll continue to go out of our way for it. Highly recommend!

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this situation has gone unresolved for nearly two months.
About a month ago, I visited Tony’s N.Y. Pizza for the first time and ordered a calzone. While waiting, I observed the cook eat behind the counter, blow his nose without washing his hands, lick his fingers after eating, and then touch my calzone while it was still in the oven to check if it was done. He then proceeded to serve another customer pizza slices with his bare hands, again without washing his hands.
I calmly stepped outside and called the business to speak with a manager. I was told the owner was out of town at his other location and that employees were not authorized to issue refunds. I provided my name and phone number and was told the owner would contact me to process a refund. I did not take the calzone and did not ask for a replacement, I simply wanted my money back.
Over the following weeks, I called again to follow up and was repeatedly told the owner was unavailable but would return my call. It has now been almost two months, and despite multiple attempts, I have not received a refund or a call back.
I did not make a scene in the restaurant and handled the situation calmly and respectfully. I am disappointed that this has been ignored for so long. I am hopeful the owner will see this review and finally resolve the refund before I am forced to escalate the matter to the health department.

The pizza was amazing!! It never fails me or my family! We crave New York pizza and we get it here! And the staff is so warming! Maria and Jason are an amazing team. He makes great pies and Maria is great with customers and is so so sweet!!! Definitely recommend
