Tony’s is a wonderful place to eat if you’re feeling fancy and want to be downtown. It’s located right off of Broad Street, but it doesn’t feel too too crowded or busy. We were part of a wedding party and everything was prepared beautifully and the service was excellent. Tony himself was there to greet us and take care of everything we needed. 10/10

Tony’s Italian Restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, adding to the overall delightful experience.
I started my meal with a salad and soup, both of which were nothing short of incredible. Each bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The menu was filled with enticing options, and I found myself wishing I had a bigger appetite to try more of the delicious offerings.
What truly stood out was the owner, who was not only incredibly friendly but also exuded a passion for his restaurant that was palpable. Having been in the same location for 43 years, it’s clear that he knows exactly how to run a successful establishment.
I can confidently say that when I return to Columbus, Tony’s will be my first stop. If you’re in the area and looking for fantastic Italian cuisine served with genuine hospitality, don’t miss out on this wonderful restaurant!

Overall experience was quite enjoyable. The pasta dishes and the Salmon were flavorful and well-prepared, and the sides complemented the mains beautifully.
Unfortunately, I found the lasagna’s flavor did not resonate as I had anticipated, it was dry.

My deepest compliments to the Chef and our Waiter. Chef, your Angel Lobster Ravioli was absolutely divine! The delicate pasta, rich and flavorful filling, and perfectly balanced sauce made every bite a delight. The freshness of the seafood truly shined, and the dish felt both elegant and comforting. An unforgettable culinary masterpiece—thank you for such an incredible meal

My partner and I tried Tony’s Italian Ristorante for the first time last night. The service was excellent, and our waitress was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our experience the very best it could be. We tried the sausage pasta and chicken Marsala. Both of us really enjoyed our meals. The atmosphere is very relaxing and beautiful. The interior is stunning. We were encouraged to sit and enjoy the atmosphere, food, and each others company. These are the kinds places I love to go for date nights. On top of everything, they have designated parking for the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back again!

For the price, I did not entirely find this dining experience to be worth it. There was a single cold penne noodle in my salad (I couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be there), both bread options were underwhelming; however, our main dishes were alright.
I will call out that our server, Rachel, was very lovely! Great service and atmosphere but the food was not what I expected for the reviews.

Tony’s is like walking into a family party at your Nonna’s. The lounge has a couch and coffee table up against the bar and you feel like you’re home. The food is old school, solid, comfort Italian. The staff is fantastic. Each one is nicer and more attentive than the next. I’ve eaten here numerous times and the host is a quintessential gentleman. He pulls my chair out and waves my husband to his seat. The home made pastas are great. I have so many favorites that I just keep on coming back. It reminds me of the little restaurants in New York where you can just stay and eat and feel satiated. Delicious!

One of the best in Columbus. Always has been. Best sausage and peppers ive ever had. Chicken marsala, best in Columbus. Parking sucks but its downtown. Not the restaurants fault. Also they do offer valet. Tony the owner is exceptional.

Truly exceptional welcome and service, for the rest…
so let’s start with the appetizers, the arancini are not rice balls, but have their own ingredients, these cannot be called “arancini”.
The lasagna, are not made with mozzarella and ricotta, presented in a lake of tomato sauce, these are not lasagna.
A note of merit for the bruschetta with gorgonzola, and the prosecco.
In conclusion, calling this restaurant “Italian” is really presumptuous.
