Everything is not good. Decided to support a local business and got the Penne Pasta Vodka with a side of soup, Margherita Pizza and their Famous Garlic Bread.
Pasta- was bitter, lacked any flavor
Pizza- I don’t know what the pile of basil on it is, but again taste slightly bitter
Soup- didn’t even try it, looks so unappetizing
Garlic bread- best one but again bitter
Trust the reviews, it’s not good. Probably the worst I’ve ever eaten from a pizza place

Got our food via doordash and found a hair in our wings- then on top of that we found more curly long hair in our curly fries. This location is absolutely disgusting! The food was trash and on top of that there was hair in our food. If you want sopranos GO TO THE SOMERDALE LOCATION ONLY!!!! NEVER GO TO THE CHERRY HILL LOCATION EVERYTHING IS GROSS AND NEVER TASTE FRESH.

Me and my girlfriend got Tony Soprano’s Pizza last night off Doordash and we should’ve assumed with it being named after a fictional criminal, that the food would also be criminal. We got the “Secret” 4 cheese pizza and cheese fries because it was the cheapest pizza and they had a deal for 2 for 1 cheese fries. The pizza was so cheesy that cheese was spilling into the box, as shown in the picture. We also equally did not like how greasy it was. We both had less then one slice and decided that the pizza would be better to give to the birds. The cheese fries were alright but in a pool of cheese also. BUT you actually got to pick the type of cheese they would slather it with so plus for that. Will not be getting from here again

I ordered 2 pizzas and onion rings lightly cooked. I got 2 over cooked pizzas and burnt onion rings. The manager tried telling me they were not burnt and he wasn’t going to argue with me. I advised him I am not looking for a new meal. Just wanted everyone to find another better pizza place. We would go here years ago. Tell me these are not over cooked.

Today I came to your Sopranos Pizza branch to pick up an order placed via DoorDash. However, despite waiting for approximately 45 minutes, I have not received any clear information.
There is only one employee at the branch, and this employee is unable to manage the workload and has displayed a rude and disrespectful attitude towards me. This unprofessional behavior has resulted in both a waste of time and unnecessary inconvenience.
DoorDash couriers are racing against time, and such delays and negative staff behavior damage both your business reputation and your business partners.
I request that this situation be investigated, that the necessary staff adjustments be made, and that measures be taken to ensure that employees exhibit a more respectful attitude towards customers/couriers.

Very good pizza and good place for halal takeout. The staff were really friendly. Make sure you specify you want halal and they also have separate halal menu. I tried their halal beef pepperoni and buffalo chicken pizza and it was really good.

My wife and I live near by and have been ordering from the cherry Hill branch for many years, they use to have great service, fast delivery, and good food. But in the last year or two, the service, food, etc… has been poor. I order gyros from them completely not what I ordered, we also always order pizza and lately they have been coming with barely cheese on it and extras sauce, we ordered a large pie and soda and they told us 30 min, they took our payment info, and an hour later when we called, they had no clue about any aspect of our order, the man of the phone was the same one who took our order too. Needless to say, we are wearing thin with this establishment and if the next time or two we get bad service, food, delivery, we will not be ordering from them any more.
