I’ve ordered delivery from Tony Sacco’s probably 20 times, there has been at least 3 occasions where the pizzas order is completely wrong on delivery.
1 time is understandable, 3 times is an issue.
People have dietary restrictions, allergies, and frankly an expectation that an order placed through toast or any other service should be completed accurately.
It’s a shame, i’ll stop in for lunch from time to time and eat at the bar and the staff is nice. Nice daytime atmosphere and the cooks always seem friendly.
For now I’m leaving this as a two-star review until Tony Sacco’s can deliver what Was ordered accurately. This is just a training and process issue that needs addressed.
Updating: service quality seems to be improving, adding a star, will continue to do so as time passes with out issue. Bartenders are always great no matter time of the day.

They did offer to refund the pizzas or make them again and have me pick them up. With a family to feed that’s just not an option.

I have to share how VERY impressed by the experience my family and friends had today at Tony Sacco’s pizza!! We had my daughter’s birthday party here! We did make your own pizza for the kids (didn’t expect a how to presentation on it, which was loved by everyone)! Kids were actually stretching the dough, saucing, cheese, toppings! Ordered a couple of pizzas and drinks for the adults.
The service and food was OUTSTANDING!! HUMUNGOUS SHOUT OUT to Allison and her staff!! Since day one of planning, all the way to the day of, the birthday was SENSATIONAL! THANK YOU so much for such an AMAZING experience!!

We had a wonderful meal of fire roasted subs and pizza, along with a couple of stand-out cocktails. This was a wonderful find on our third visit to the area. Service was excellent and very attentive. When one drink didn’t come out quickly, our server headed to the bar to check!

We ordered the white pizza and the garlic knots. crispy and perfectly cooked as well as the garlic knots were super light and fluffy. The dipping sauce that they give you for the knots is delicious

Our table had 3 different pizzas and all of them were delicious. Our server was great and when I called back to order a gift card, the woman on the phone was so helpful. She assisted me with a mailed gift card to my family and even let me write a little thank you note with it. 10/10 can’t wait to go back!

We ordered 3 different style pizzas for pick up. We were told they would be ready in 20-30 minutes. I walked in the restaurant 25 minutes later and they were just coming out of the oven.
The staff was very friendly and polite. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. The cheese, tomatoes, pepperoni were all fresh and of highest quality.
We highly recommend Tony Sacco’s whether dining in or take out. *****.

We had a nice time at this well run pizzaria/Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is small and casual. The food was very good but the kitchen did completely forget one of our pizzas and when it did come out, it was wrong. The service was very good and without asking they took off some of the cost of the wrongfully made pizza. They have a specialty drink called a “Lemon bomb Martini” that was excellent and once we had one brought to the table, not only were more ordered but pictures were being taken of the recipe on the menu. The front staff and bartenders were all very nice and accommodating. We will be back.

Great food! (I’m not into the pizza here even though it’s a pizza place) Service was great. Lively atmosphere. Very casual. Sat at the bar. The salads and sandwiches are very good! Good happy hour. Sports bar atmosphere, very noisy. Great for families and groups. Hubby loved his sandwich. My salad was fantastic. Wil be back.

First time visiting..Food was amazing…service was decent….the young man Nolan that was the busboy by title was the best worker there. He was not only cleaning the tables in a timely manner. He was running food seating guests and just making sure everyone was taken care of…great worker. Wings were excellent and pizza was even better. Only downs were we had the Spinach Dip which was house made and delicious but didn’t come with enough pizza dough chips…we asked for some more chips and were charged an extra 3.50 for enough to complete the dish…..Golden Margarita from the bar was not too good…salt on the rim was never offered and drink wasn’t shaken before served so flavor was off. All in all a great visit and will be back. Think the lack of any Management in the building was the reason for the small hiccups but nothing to stop us from going back for some more if the best Italian you will find in the area.
