Stopped in on a Tuesday evening and had no wait to be seated. Ordered the appetizer which came out pretty fast. We decided to share a trio and it was plenty of food for two people. The sauce on the ribs was good and the pork was tender. The Nashville hot chicken was a little tough but full of flavor.

Growing up in Miami Beach I remember the original Tony Romas. The ribs here were good but not trimmed up enough. I would give 4 stars for food but there wasn’t enough fat trimmed off ribs for myself. Wish y’all did a half of onion loaf cause a whole order is quite a bit. Would come back and I do recommend for those people who never tried Romas barbecue.

I seen this place going to a job and decided I was stopping in for lunch when I got finished. $15 lunch special I seen on their sign captured me. As a party of one I said I would sit at the bar to not take up a table, and the bar tender was amazing. I dont recall her name, (but management it was 1/8/26 around 2pm). I got a lunch special and I chose a ceasar salad and 1/4 chicken it came with fries slaw and a drink. I also got bread and butter, all of that for $15! It was so filling. The chicken was absolutly amazing. For those that have gotten 1/2 chicken before ect from other places, this will beat it hands down. Fries and slaw was great too. I cannot wait to go back and have their ribs or a steaks. As an out of town person never visiting before, and working all over Chattanooga and the Tennessee valley, this place is a must visit. Even though I actually live about an hour and half away, I cannot wait to bring my family here.
Reading the other reviews I notice people complaining about no liquor or beer, they have it. The others at the bar were served what looked like very cold draft and had many options, I peaked at the prices on the drink menu and they seemed very good especially compared to some places. It was a great place to eat.

Wow! Everything we got was hot and delicious! We started with the onion loaf. It was cooked to perfection and came with BBQ sauce for dipping. We got a ranch sauce to dip as well. I had the Salmon and Shrimp Picatta. The salmon was cooked well and the lemon caper sauce was perfect with it! I shrimp was larger than I expected, grilled well and delicious. My husband had the Smoked Brisket Plate. He was very pleased with it. The brisket was smoky and delicious. He even liked the coleslaw and he doesn’t always like coleslaw.
The service was spot on and the server was so sweet. Kudos to her!! I wish I had written down her name.

A great way to start my wife’s 60th Birthday weekend! The onion loaf looked different but tasted the same. The ribs were to die for. Worth the drive! We grew up going to the original North Miami location. It was a place our parents took us on special occasions. We look forward to coming back soon.

Servers did the best they could and had great attitudes. The food was dry and way over priced for what you get. I got the sampler and it came with a 3” wide rib, a chicken thigh that was literally just a 1” by 3.5” strip of dried chicken, and a “half” of a hot dog, that they said was bbq sausage.

We had a party of 4. Everyone’s food came to the table wrong. After the second time sending my daughter’s steak back due to being under cooked, it came out burnt. Asked several times for remaining items to complete our order but they never came to the table. Tried speaking to the manager but she just kept turning her head and didn’t listen. Understanding they are new and knowing they have kinks that need to be worked out but this was ridiculous . This experience was terrible.

No liquor yet, waiting on the license I guess. They do have bottle and draft beer. The beer was cold but flat. They were also all out of steaks and the brisket. Ordered the trio sampler with jalapeño bbq ribs, Nashville hot chicken and sausage, comes with fries and coleslaw. Took about 40 min to get our food. Food was not even warm. Ribs did not taste like jalapeño, there is no way the chicken was Nashville hot is was bland, the sausage was itty bitty. The coleslaw was the only thing warm on the plate. Waitress did not come back to check on us, so we just ate what we could as we were hungry. Typing this up as we wait for our check. Save your money and don’t waste your time. Headed to Jefferson’s!
