I was invited by a friend’s here & I didnt get time to order the kind of cheese steak I would like to order. I didnt pick the bread the,cheese & I had to shout in to even add mushrooms. Still it was a fantastic chease steak with very generous portion & taste.

So I visited Philly today. Decided to make a short list of cheesesteak spots to try. This was one of them.
Ordered their cheesesteak hoagie. People online were raving about their cheesesteak and some were not feeling it. So mixed reviews.
Got back to my hotel room with this football sized sandwich. It looks overwhelming in size. They didn’t event cut it in half. I feel like due to the bread this could easily feed 3 people.
Anyway, I just was not feeling it. The flavors were not great. Some cheese on it. I prefer the cheese to be mixed in. Yeah I would not come back for this.

Reasonably priced place for Cheesesteak. There is a few places to sit. Bring cash as there is a charge for credit cards! There is a small parking lot adjacent to the property.

If I could give this no stars I would, this is not Tony Luke’s this is more like Tony Dupes…the service was just as horrible as the food. I was informed this was the same place only changed in name due to a family dispute. The fries were hard, threw them out before being pictured The sandwiches were salty. I had the pleasure of having Tony Luke’s from a food truck and this place was not it. Save your money and your time.It took 15 min just for the wait and I was the only one.

My 1st time here but def wont be my last !! The lady at the counter was super sweet and kind. Very informative and helpful . Might be the best bang for your buck in South Philly too ! Huuuge cheesteak and a heeping helping of fries. The Philly was OUTSTANDING !! I barely was able to put it all down and Im a big guy so thats saying something !!

Stopped by Tony and Nicks Steak on the way back to New Jersey. I had the chicken cutlet parm and my roomates had a chicken cutlet sub and a cheesesteak with cheese fries. The place was actually pretty good and I love the subs from Philly and NJ areas. The place was a very cool place to eat and the service was fast and friendly.

Friends & I decided to go here after shopping at IKEA. When I tell you I would never again. Our steaks were bland as ever NO TASTE OF SEASONED MEAT!! Just chunks of steak slapped on the rolls. Cheese cold and shredded,we all asked for copper cheese slapped at the bottom!!!! Tasted as if was mozzarella cheese

Tony and Nick‘s formally of Tony Lukes is basically the same place with some improvements when you walk in your digital menus, which makes it easier to order. They still have a number system so when you order, I’ll call your number out when it’s ready I’m coming to Tony Luke’s for many many years Angel. The manager was kind enough to let me see their every day operation and a very big bonus they do have a vegetarian almost 100% vegan option. I say almost because the sandwich is cooked on the grill that they cook chicken on. I don’t know how much that makes a difference. Either way I’m in an angel was so kind enough to make me a vegan sandwich with broccoli rabe, spinach, roasted peppers, long hot peppers, sweet peppers, lettuce, tomato, and onion down on the grill and serve on their famous Lucio’s seeded roll, check out some of the pictures I have below. They were also preparing a roast pork sandwich with broccoli and sharp provolone which is one of the most famous sandwiches, not sure we’re in the order of popularity, but next was the chicken cutlet sandwich. Look at the size of this sandwich enough for lunch and dinner! Quick tour of the facility and it is absolutely spotless and they also bake bread in the back brought in from Liscio’s bakery which is half baked and they just finished it off, so you’re insured that you get the freshest bread possible every time! There will be some videos to follow in the coming weeks. I am backed up on use, but I tried to get him out as quickly as possible.
