Since 1971 and several first class operators of Ton’s place, entrepreneur Todd Laury from Maumelle bought the building and the name in late December 2022 and will be working towards establishing the same loyalty and trust that founder 2 Ton Charlie Reid had with his customers. Mr. Laury is honored to keep the history and the mystery of how a little bar like Ton’s Place has been the definition of an iconic neighborhood bar for decades, alive and well for many more years to come.

The food is absolutely wonderful. The waitress is rude and so unfriendly except for the obvious “regulars” & has an attitude when u ask foe anything. The cook came out & got our appetizer order and waitress finally came & took our food order after she put order in I had to get her attention to ask for something to drink as our appetizer was coming out. It’s a dive bar. But the best Dive Bar. Great servers and amazing food. Pool, Shuffleboard, Golden Tee and touch tunes. Shelly and Tesla are the duo behind the bar. Go see them. You won’t be disappointed!

Went for a beer and maybe some food. I’m a truck driver that comes thru often and decided to give a local joint a try. Boy was I disappointed! Never got offered a food menu by the older short haired gal that was real busy playing games on her phone to notch much. Probably a good thing seeing as how the kitchen is open and behind the bar where every one is smoking. Noticed allot of the 4 and 5 stars that are years old. Maybe this place once was good but no more.

You want cold cold beer at a great price this is the place. Either you are passing by or a regular this is a great place. They have good service and atmosphere is perfect. You also have to try their menu. Burger’s are hand made in front of you and they are good. Parking is huge gravel but it’s what’s inside that matters. It’s also biker friendly for those taking a weekend ride.
