Since 1971 and several first class operators of Ton’s place, entrepreneur Todd Laury from Maumelle bought the building and the name in late December 2022 and will be working towards establishing the same loyalty and trust that founder 2 Ton Charlie Reid had with his customers. Mr. Laury is honored to keep the history and the mystery of how a little bar like Ton’s Place has been the definition of an iconic neighborhood bar for decades, alive and well for many more years to come.

I went during the closing time to grab some food as all the restaurants were close. The lady made some egg rolls, she was sweet. I missed the live music though. Seemed like great place.

Small bar with limited seating. Two pool tables in decent condition. Live music the night I was there. Good voices but way to loud. Used amps when this small bar does not call for it. Food looked good but did not eat.

Awesome place! Cold beer, good prices, fantastic food, unbeatable service! Bar manager and bartender meet you with a smile, very friendly, and crack jokes too! The people that go there are very welcoming. No drama here, lots of laughter! Cant wait to go back!
