Interesting experience. Might be our new hotpot place to go. The restaurant look great. Love the Japanese fast food concept. Not sure about the Japanese pop music, bit didn’t bother us. Servers very nice and attentive but didn’t have same taste (recomendations). We ordered the spicy tonkatsu and the another 3rd infantry division spicy soup, and the octopus balls. The food is great. Love the individual hotpot. Yet, I prefer more traditional hotpot without hotdogs, cheese, and spam. I will never order that 3rd infantry division soup, LoL. But definitely the tonkotsu one. I recomend this place.

Showed up at 830 1st try and were turned away because it was “too late” for hot pot. Hostess informed us we needed to be there before 830, showed up the next day at 815 and received the same story. Asked to see the manager, no manager around only a cook that wouldn’t come talk with us. Pretty disappointed, highly recommend going basically anywhere else.

Was craving for hot pot on a cold night but when we went, the store was closed. The store looked empty and dirty inside. I even looked on different websites to confirm that they are open, or should be open, during the time that we went but we ended up wasting our time going there. So disappointed! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS ON GOOGLE AND OTHER WEBSITES!
Update: After expressing my disappointment, we *again* came back to this place the day after. We came at a different time around 5:30-ish? Luckily, we saw someone come in the store so we knew that they were open. We kept knocking on the window until one of the staff approached us and wrote on a piece of a sticky note that they are opening soon. YES!!!

Now I know why people kept on leaving good reviews! The soup, vegatables and meats from the hot pots are TO DIE FOR NO JOKE. 10/10 FOSHO.
New Schedule: They’re open from 12 or 12:30 noon – 4 or 4:30 PM. Then they resume operations from 5:30 – 9:30 PM.

I ordered two hot pots from the menu on a cold night in LA. Amazing food quality. The broth, the meat, the vegetables and the take take away set up is worth every dollar. Took me back to Taiwan with that chicken soup.
