Tonge’s Taste is a collection of Central-African (Cameroonian) delicacies that will bring saliva to your mouth just by perceiving the aroma. We cater for birthday parties, baby showers, wedding anniversaries, school events, work events, church events, and many more. Our food comes in single servings of $20 which can be ordered directly from our website or on the phone. When you order your food, it takes us one(1) hour to get it ready for pickup. For large orders, we recommend you order one day before and pick up the next day. Tonge’s Taste is a home kitchen/restaurant located in a residential area for Curbside pick-up ONLY. We accept cash, and electronic payment options such as zelle, cashApp, gooplePay App, and paypal. DOOR/CURBSIDE PICKUP

The food was good and hot. My mother had I had a good time eating and small talk. The atmosphere is a drive up to the home and let them know you are there. My food was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. I can say it was worth the wait. I will order again. I don’t eay spicy foods, this right here was worth all the spiciness. My taste buds where very happy!!

Its a little pricey but the food was fresh to order. I ordered the egusi and eru with an order of puff puffs. Everything was seasoned well with not too much palm oil. The meat was tender. The fufu was firm and creamy. I enjoyed the puff puffs but that is an item that needs to be eaten soon as they are prepared before they loose the crunch and become to soft and greasy. I will definitely order again.

The fufu and egusi was a life altering experience, I have never tasted something so delicious! The egusi was the perfect amount of heat and had a rich amazing flavor, the fufu was the perfect texture too! 10/10 I had to come back today and try something new, the egusi I had yesterday was so good I’m definitely going to be an often reoccurring customer!

I have been wanting to try Egusi soup and Fufu ever since I saw it on TikTok and it definitely lived up to the hype. We also had the Peppered Soup Goat Meat, Puff Puffs and Gizzards. Every single dish we tried was full of flavor, rich with spices, fresh ingredients and simply DELICIOUS!!! My tummy is so HAPPY and can’t wait to try the other dishes so we will be returning customers!!! ☺️ Be sure to order online and then you will be contacted when your food is ready for pickup, your food is made fresh to order and worth the wait.❤️
