Excellent food and service! I’ve been a few times now and their pizza is my favorite pizza in the city. Crispy crust with an excellent cheese blend. The quesabirra is great too, and I’ve liked all the specials I’ve tried. Also get the flan if it’s available!

This place is truly the best! The owner is incredibly sweet and talented, which makes me want to support this business forever. The food is always a 10/10, the tortillas are to die for, and the staff is always so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

This is a great pizza place! You think Mexican you think tacos, but this place may be the best regular pizza ( non Neapolitan) in the city. Can’t explain it the sauce was perfect sweet but not too sweet, no flop crust was perfect, and the cheese was so incredibly tasty. 2nd week in a row and so consistent. We also had the nachos with rib eye it was like a 5 star restaurant slow cooked it, and this place is 5 star!!! This is a must eat!!! It’s also a BYOB!!!

Great spot in Philly with the unique combo of pizza and Mexican.

Tried two of the pizzas and both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. The birria tacos were some of the best I’ve ever dad; the meat was delicious paired with the consommé.

Definitely stop by.

I can’t believe there’s not a line out the door at this place. Absolute bangers on this menu. This is my second time here. I got the white corn pizza my first time and was completely dumbfounded by how good it was. I’d unfairly judged Mexican pizza as a gimmick. Boy, was I wrong. This time, I got the special this time – a fantastic dish called a parrillada. This was so gosh darn tasty. The asada was crisp yet juicy, shrimp was on point with the flavor, and the mushrooms was a nice compliment to the protein. Also the prices are very fair, my special was only $16! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Great neighborhood restaurant that has both dine in and take away. We had a great meal with each dish that had an amazing depth of flavor. Would definitely recommend to others. Would recommend the lamb pizza, Tetzalco shrimp, tacos Al pastor, and the bread pudding.

Incredible experience. Indoor dining room, as well as tables on the sidewalk. BYOB. Family owned; service was so personable. Food was out of this world – salad, nachos, pizza, tacos, desert – everything was on point. Do not miss the braised lamb shank pizza, nachos, or al pastor tacos. Can’t wait to return.

Everything we had was delicious! Started with the Flautas and Nachos, and finished with the Al Pastor Pizza. Each bite was better than the last. Highly recommend to everyone in South Philly.

Imagine: It’s early Friday evening following another tiresome work week. You’ve had barely enough time to pop the top from your well-earned adult beverage. The doorbell rings out across the house… the in-laws have arrived. On time. Just as planned earlier in the week with your “SO”.

You leap to attention, nearly fumbling your drink to the floor. *Whew* Miraculously your energy levels have reached 100% just in the nick of time so that you can curtail your chagrin. Everyone hangs out for a while chatting and catching up. You fervently tap away on your phone trying to find a good spot to eat before the “hangry” sets in.

Everything that you find is booked OR doesn’t seem to be appropriate to take your in-laws who travelled in from out of town to. You fall back on your ability to improvise and sell the crowd on “Mexican Pizza”. Hell… you don’t know the first thing about the place, but they’re well reviewed and it’s close. What could go wrong?

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

The unsuspecting corner taco-place happens to be charming as hell! The night-time ambiance is that of a cozy and romantic neighborhood spot from when you were a kid. You know, the place mom and dad would go on date night that you got to try one time: Soft music playing… dimly lit… the aroma of an authentic home-cooked meal permeating the room. The staff was extremely professional, cleanly, and accommodating. Each of the dishes that were served had been prepared with care and were visually inspiring. The flavors of the food are unique to this restaurant (even for dishes that you’ve had before). You can’t say enough about how good the experience was…

So you wrote this funny little review to share your feelings with the locals.
