What a sweet surprise! We shared a delicious meal of orange chicken, general sauce, chicken, and eggrolls. They all came out hot and delicious light breading on the chicken. The sauce was very flavorful. Meat was tender and not dry. Different than your typical Asian fast food restaurants. Much better flavor to the chicken. It did not disappoint. We will be back.

Was super excited to try this place since it opened just never had a chance till today. it could have been they were maybe busy because valentine’s day but I didn’t receive most the toppings on our ramen or the spicy sauce for my wings. I only asked for no fish cakes. Kimchi ramen was missing egg, spicy chili sauce, garlic black oil, green onions, bamboo shoots either and wasting the spicy base. The ramen came with corn as well which i cant stand so i had to pick it out before eating. so i guess i didn’t really get anything i paid for because i know i was charged for the kimchi ramen. i’m sadly disappointed especially because ive been dying to try this place and finally got to try it on valentine’s day. hopefully calling tomorrow will resolve this but i feel like i wasted my money. its a really pretty place though and my boba was good.

This was our first time at Ton Ramen and we have tried a lot of ramen places, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, friendly staff. We went at 5pm on a Tuesday ordered our food and it came out in less than 10 minutes. We noticed a lot of doordash and Uber eats orders were going out.
Service was good and the food was too. I got the chicken ramen and it was nice to have the crispy chicken on the side, other places have it in the ramen and it gets soggy. My husband had the beef ramen and said it wasn’t that spicy but they can make it hotter if you ask. We enjoyed some vegetable fried rice together and it was not oily and tasted good too.
We ordered strawberry Mochi for dessert which was delicious

When we first entered the restaurant. The old lady just stared at us while we stood there awkwardly. Keep in mind this was our first time there. Overall awkward interaction. We waited about 30 mins for our food and there was only one other table there. This was on a Sunday afternoon. My char siu ramen was not it. Bottom of the barrel kinda thing. It was freezer burned and you could taste it. 10/10 would never go again.

Tried this ramen spot today and absolutely loved it! We ordered the Ton ramen and the kimchi ramen, and both were amazing. The flavors were rich and delicious, and the service was super friendly. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

First time here getting take out. Wasn’t fond of the prior Asian restaurant at this location so never made an effort to eat here even though it was a new place.
What a nice welcome to our town of Albertville! The restaurant had a cute dining area and the girl who helped me was very pleasant and nice. I placed an order for something that I knew I’d like or pass on – my standard sesame chicken and my husbands beef and scallions. Along with some cream cheese puffs. It was more on the higher price but if it’s good I don’t mind paying. To my delight the food was well packaged in a strong bag to make the journey home. The food looked amazing when we unpackaged and the taste did not disappoint us. It was hot, fresh, and flavorful. We were thrilled we had another Asian option in our small town. Next time we’ll dine in and get that experience. Maybe try a ramen dish.
If I have any recommendations it would be to offer a spice level at time of ordering. The other would be to advertise with some Dine-in signs or flags. Had no idea you could eat in. Would recommend eating here!

Very disappointing considering the previous reviews. We went for a late lunch 1pm, and the place was dead.
There was only one customer and the waitress was always on her phone. She did not even clear that customers dishes after he left and left the dirty table the whole hour we were there.
I ordered vegetarian Ramen and got a meat combo plate!! When I said it was the wrong order she argued with me that I ordered the “white noodles”. Everyone at the table heard me ordering vegetarian. She then suggested she “add vegetables” to the dish. Ummm no, I asked for a vegetarian dish, not a meat dish with vegetables added. I asked for my original order to be put in again and ate the noodles of the dish she brought.
The food was ok. Not particularly good or bad but the service was absolutely terrible.
At the hour mark i finally had to shout across the room to her (head still down in her phone) if we could please get 3 to go containers. She brought 2 bases and 3 lids…. Sigh. Phone interruption again to get the missing base.
Plates were never cleared, ours or the customer that had left an hour ago. We ended up paying full price for the wrong order as well as our entrees.
By the time we finally got our checks we all just paid in cash to get out of there. We left her back at her table, scrolling through her phone with her free hand shoveling food in her mouth.
Completely unprofessional and horrible service.

Clean and spacious restaurant serving a mix of ramen and stir fried Chinese dishes. The Ton noodle is flavourful. The noodle itself is cooked just right. The shredded char siu noodle is good but too salty. We also got the boba and it was good but way too sweet. Add the edamame and the Japanese soda for about $50 with tips.

New place in town was empty so we sat right away. Cute decorations for the holiday. Service was fine. Food tasted ok, vegetable ramen. I’d go back in a year for take out only.

The ramen was decent and fairly reasonable. My boyfriend and his brother said theirs was a little salty. I also ordered gyoza and that was good. The tokoyaki was a little undercook for me. I would like to talk about the service here. The 2 young waiters who attended us tonight was doing a good job in my opinion. They handled the front pretty well. However, their lady manager was being very disrespectful towards them. I understand it’s a newly open business and things need to get in order but have respect for your employees. It is not wrong to educate them but blowing up and yelling at them in front of the customers is not professional. It made us uncomfortable when eating. I understand the manager was stressed managing the front desk online orders and the back but yelling at the waiters will not make progress.
