Stopped in with a friend and our kids on a busy weekend…we were immediately seated patio side and did have a bit of wait for our servers initial visit. Although he was extremely pleasant, he seemed to have been a bit overwhelmed (younger guy who may not have tons of experience). Still, we had a fantastic evening. The restaurant itself offers a wonderful layout with the opportunity to play virtual golf. The menu offers typical western fare and is reasonably priced.

I went for the French Dip sandwich, and it arrived looking like a highlight reel. Perfectly toasted bread with a buttery sheen, thin-sliced roast beef piled generously, and just enough melted cheese to tie it all together. The au jus had good depth — not overly salty — and the horseradish cream on the side was a welcome touch. Fries were crisp and golden, exactly how you want them to show up.
The service was attentive even with a packed house, and timing between drinks and food was on point. Tom’s is the kind of place that works for both a casual lunch and an easy game-day outing. Nothing pretentious, just quality execution and solid flavors.
A confident four-star stop where sports, sound, and sandwich all come together the way they should.

We had a group of 7 on a Friday night and were seated fairly quickly. Food was decent as were the drinks. The problem came in the dinner delivery. One person’s entree came out a good 10 min before others. Then another entree came out. Another long wait. They trickled in. What?!?! The server said it was because they didn’t want the food to get cold. That is just poor timing on kitchen. There were food runners walking around with appetizers not knowing where the food went.
It was pricey for the drinks and meal of wings, salad, chicken tenders etc.
None of us would go back. I was the only visitor the other 6 live in Maryland.

We spent a few nights on a “stay-cation” here @the National Harbor! It was great and there are so many things to do there and an impressive dining scene.
Toms was your usual sports bar experience, but we came close to closing. Anyway we sat outside al-fresco style in the night breeze. I loved their patio dining section. Eat, drink and people watching and just soaking up the evening’s electric ambience in this fun city!
The food was typical gastropub fare. Nothing out of the ordinary or particularly special stood out to either one of us, even though it was enjoyable. My favorite dish was the bacon and lobster Mac and cheese. (The menu offers BOTH lobster Mac and bacon mac as two distinct separate dishes—I requested both combined in a single dish, for an increased cost). They DO have amazing drinks here however this was expected being a sports bar.
I’d probably come here for happy hour or to watch a game, ordering a few drinks and slight appetizers, but in the main course meal department, I’ll pass…
Good but not great by any means, I could’ve made this better at home. Judging solely on food, it be a definite solid “3” star experience. The atmosphere, customer service and cocktails saved this review from receiving just 3-stars.

Jam waited on us she was great! The food was AMAZING. We got the Tuna Poke and chicken Bowl nachos. Margaritas should be in a bigger glass , for the price. Little loud, just FYI. But overall experience was awesome.

Angel was our server! She was AMAZING (ask for her won’t go wrong) We were greeted quickly and she explained the Popular dishes, cocktails and draft beer selection. Food came out fast and hot! Food was delicious. Wings were amazing and so was the Prime Rib Dip. Jake the Manager came by to greet us and was very accommodating! We will be back! Great place to watch sports. 10/10
